Spencer had been merely listening to their "conversation". He kept his presence hidden very well. Almost too well. "Lies~ All lies, my dear." He spoke with a beautiful crisp in his voice. Spencer walked in between the two of them and he took Misa's hand, bringing it to his lips and kissing it. Spencer's cape fluttered as he turned to block off their entry to the next hall. "Your reputation precedes you, Miss. Misa. I have a rather nonrefundable offer for you.. If you'll indulge me?" Spencer offered his hand to Misa and smirked, glancing over at the boy, whom he could care less to familiarized himself with.

Spencer gave a nice smile to the boy as Misa took his hand. "A wonderful choice. This way, please." He escorted Misa around the corner and down the stairs. He took out his wand with the other hand and tapped it twice against a doorknob, then opened it. It lead to his room. He allowed her to enter first, then he. When he closed the door a puff of black smoke made it disappear, almost like he planned Misa to accept.

Hiyato reacted to the voice of a newcomer, curious to whether or not this voice was directed to them: he was. In the end, it seemed like this person was interested with Misa, thus he allowed the conversation to go on due to the fact that he didn't have time to even introduce himself, let alone hear this stranger's name.
When Hiyato was going to interrupt this man's conversation with Misa, he was stopped by Misa herself. He read what she had wrote and smiled. "If that is what you wish, then I shall all you to be on your way. I do hope you have an enjoyable time." He spoke watching them disappearing. At this point, he didn't feel any ill feeling towards them, but he felt like he just lost a research subject and it wasn't something he wanted to lose especially being that he needed to know more about this school.
With that, he walked out of the Hallway B, snapping his right finger and his thumb to cause a spark of lightning and with that he disappeared.
