Keeran tilted his head a bit, imagining the pain of falling out of a tree, thinking about it made him cringe a bit. "Yeah, I've never really had a friend or anyone who's believed in me... Where I come from I'm known as "Jinx" I don't have the best of luck and sometime bad things happen to the people around me, so a lot of people tend to avoid me, being a Necromancer's apprentice doesn't really help either." He blinked, seeing the world through rose colored glasses? It was an interesting phrase to him, though he did understand.
Keeran snapped out of his thoughts and suddenly remembered why he had knocked in the first place, "Oh! Right, I guess we kinda got a little side-tracked huh? Hey, Hibiki, thanks again for helping me out." He smiled, he felt so at ease around Hibiki which was a little odd to him. It was nice to have someone in his life who thought he was good, who he felt he could trust and be friends with. "Hm... So, Hibiki, if you don't mind me asking, do you have a special person in your life?" He was just a bit curious, though given Keeran's luck Hibiki was either already taken or not interested in guys like he was. It's not exactly like he wanted to start a relationship right away, but inside he was hoping that maybe over time things could turn out that way. Keeran frowned a little bit as thoughts invaded his mind, unpleasant thoughts that made him feel a bit alone and insecure.
As the thoughts invaded his mind the outside lights started to flicker, a few of the lights even exploded, this snapped Keeran back to reality. He seemed a bit on edge now and nervous, hoping that nothing else would go wrong.
