✿✿✿Assessment✿✿✿ Hello, my name is Youroka Kage, and I will be your judge today. I apologize for the long wait on this. Work and Depression n have been kicking my butt for the last week.
I have been reading through things, and the Shikai is ok. I do want to mention that it will extremely hard to get Vast Reiatsu, mostly because there are not a lot of Vast characters.
Ok, So with the appearance in Bankai, How big are the blades on the hilt? I know that you gave a length for Shikai, but not for Bankai.
Please make the requested changes. ✿Status✿

Ok, there are only three things that we need to make sure of here. The first is the title. It should [11] Sydney Ansho |LT l Shinigami or something like that.

Fixed Added a few more spells, but She's not a Kido specialist, so I'm fine with her not having the max number of spells.

✿✿✿Assessment✿✿✿ Hello, I'd like to congratulate you on being the first person in this guild to go from Soldier all the way to Captain. (A Just War is a close second, but he became a captain by contest.)
Ok, I did some math with Feeding Frenzy. Now that you are immense, you can cast up to 120 kido per battle. That means with this tech, you could use it with the recharge 15 times in battle before you would have no kido left. (This is saying that you use no other techs that use kido or any Kido yourself.) If you chose not to extend it, then you would have 20 uses in battle. The range that you can control these teeth is a little much. 200 Meters is 656.168. Most long range abilities in the guild wouldn't be able to hit you at that distance. So everyone would have to be in the range of this ability.

Reduced range to 75 meters and upped the cost considerably.
