✿✿✿Assessment✿✿✿ Hello my name is Youroka Kage and I will be your judge today. I will be taking over for Hope because she is currently on a leave of absence.
Ok, with your passive ability, right now as it is, it sounds as if you have control of earth on the other side of a continent. What I'm saying is simply, what is the range of your control overground itself? I also mention on every RPC that has control over the elements, please do remember, that if you are against someone who also manipulates earth, you can not manipulate the piece of earth.
Ok, it took me a while, but I did an average of the amount of the dice that you can roll. (Yes, I rolled a 20 sided dice on Gaia 100 times to get this number, my numbers are here. My Dice rolls are here. (Just go down, and it's 5 posts long) This ability is heavily weighted towards the ones that range from 4-10 and 11-16. My biggest issue though is how far can these travel before falling to the ground? Depending on that answer, depends on how this is judged, because this could really mess up a soldier or an officer.
Koudonami is a tidal wave of dirt, that's pretty hardcore, and 17.5 feet is the max range it can go before it falls down right? Also how wide is it?
Ok, I can see why Hope said that this RPC needed to be nerfed. It's a Soldier destroyer. Officers can barely dodge these abilities, soldiers would have to godmod in order to dodge most of this, as their Flicker step only lets them go 3 feet. I do understand that in most cases an immense character would not fight a soldier with shikai, but even if that is true, if for some reason a soldier was stuck in the same area, they would be in trouble.
The only real issue I have with your bankai is that it mentions an armor that I do not see on the RPC. ✿Status✿

The only real issue I have with your bankai is that it mentions an armor that I do not see on the RPC. ✿Status✿ Changes Made: Passive Ability now has a maximum reach of 100 feet around Kiyo. Yurasu Renda has a universal maximum range of 100 yards (300 feet) this was done based on the general feet per second and movement rates of each of the rolls. If this needs to be lower I'm flexible with this. Koudonami has changed in its range. WAS 17.5 miles it has been changed to 50 yards (150 feet). The maximum width of this technique is 3 feet wide. Given that this wave travels at 25 feet per second, I felt that 150 feet was a reasonable maximum distance. Whereas before it would reshape the entire landscape. Armor has been added under the Extra Equipment. I hope that is acceptable? The reference image of what it looks like is his RPC picture. As well I have added in one large steel axe. Because he is / was a blacksmith. I am tempted to change this into a sledgehammer for that kind of reason. Or maybe add in a hammer. Not really sure.

✿✿✿Assessment✿✿✿ Everything looks OK, other than one thing. I consulted another judge and we both agree. With the dice roll, it should not be that many amount. For example, having 20 high speed rocks come at you is scary. The amount of rocks should not be dependent on the d20. ✿Status✿

Each step now has a specific number of rocks sent during it depending on the roll and where it lands. The weights have been toned down and a size for them has been specified Cooldown has increased from 3 posts to 5 posts because I felt that at 3 posts it would be a bit spammy
