"Oh? Only two? I can handle that." Astrophel was actually a bit relieved. He had shown himself off as strong and confident when it came to her past and the family she had. Still... Meeting six other felis that were all her offspring... That was a tall order. Two though? He could handle two.
He chuckled a bit as he watched her look to herself and then back up to the stars that dotted the dark sky. "Oh there is. You look as if someone just wrapped you up in a blanket of the galaxy and wasn't able to get it off afterwards. I think it's absolutely gorgeous and phenomenal."
His paws were starting to tire at this point. He had been standing and talking for quite some time now. With a flick of his tail and a slight flap of his wings, he had fluttered over to her side, taking a seat next to her. He was a big felis, larger than most. Even at her full standing height, he was taller than her as he sat. For most, this was kind of intimidating... Especially with his funky face marking. Hopefully his size and face mask wasn't an issue for Astraea.

Astraea giggles lightly "Yes, only two since they are the ones that live with me" she said lightly. She flushed once again "Oh,.. why thank you" she said "its not something I would notice, since well I'm not one to look at myself all the time, but I'm glad someone notices once in awhile" she told him.
She blinked as he sat down beside her, this gave her an opportunity to look at him more closely, at the same time she didn't want to be a creeper. She thought about it for a bit, they would actually make a good pair, he had the gold and she had the silver. To an extent his size didn't bother her too much, in all honesty she felt rather safe.

Astrophel sat and watched the night sky, deciding to let Astraea be for now. He didn't want to pester her too much, especially since they had just met. He figured it'd be nice just the two of them to sit and watch the stars together, just until the sun came up. It seemed to be a favorite past time for them both, and that's probably what they both came out to do in the first place. Plus, it was relaxing... And kind of romantic. Just sitting back and watching the glittering sky.

Astraea sighed lightly enjoying the peace and quiet, while slightly shifting closer to Astrophel, so she could feel the safety that she felt. Even though they just met, he was the type of felis who she sensed right away would be the protective type. She swished her tail to and fro idly as she glanced up at the stars twinkling and catching the cluster of constellations spread around and trying to determine what constellation they were. It was peaceful at the same time it was romantic and she could get use to spending the nights just simply stargazing. She lightly smiled to herself as she sat beside him.

His ears perked up as he felt the shifting of the female felis next to him, very unsure what to do. Why had she shifted closer? Did she actually WANT to sit next to him? It was cute... But Astrophel wasn't sure how to take it either. However, trying to be suave and a hopeless romantic, he decided to try a move. Yawning and outstretching his wings, he put one of his wings around the back of her. He really hoped she didn't mind this... Otherwise he was going to have one scratched up wing for trying to pull that kind of move.
The night sky was shifting into a manifold of purples and oranges. It would be daytime soon.

She leaned lightly against his side, fitting into the curve of his wing that he had around her. She blinked lightly as the colors shifted from dark blue and black to orange and purple, with the sun starting to rise into the sky. The two had been up all night stargazing and the sleep was starting to slowly catch up with her.

A smile took place across the felis' tiny maw, his wing wrapping around Astraea even more so than before. He looked down at her, seeing just how comfy she looked. She seemed very much at peace... And actually rather tired too. The night was just about over and for these two star stricken cats, that meant that sleep was indefinitely upon them.
"Astraea... Dear... The night is almost up. The sun is rising. I think it's best if you go home to your kittens and get some sleep." His wing slowly began to let her go, not too fast so as not to startle her.

Astraea glanced at Astrophel with a sleepy gaze "that is a good idea, i still do have a young one at home" she said sleepily but she didn't necessarily want Astrophel's company to come to an end. She frowned as he slowly started to let her go.

He felt bad... He really did. Still, she was getting tired and he was getting tired and she still had little ones back home to care for and watch after. They were adults with responsibilities. Obligations or not though, the two of them could plan another encounter when it was good for the both of them. He would personally enjoy that and he was sure she would as well.
"We'll meet again. Let's make a good date and time when we'll both be free, alright? We can have little... Get to know each other dates. How does that sound?"
He offered her a gentle smile and finished taking his wing away from her backside. He enjoyed the comfort just as much as she probably did, but as the night sky was fading and the twinkling stars were tucking themselves away for a long nap, it was time for these two felis to depart as well.

Astraea frowned a little more, before getting to her feet and then standing on her tiptoes and planted a soft kiss on his cheek 'Sounds like a good idea" she said she had hope Elrond would be in bed by now.

A light red overcame the male's cheeks. He hadn't expected a kiss! He smiled, but held his composure, as a gentleman should "Good, good. How does... Two days from now sound? Would that work with you? We can plan a an evening together as we have had tonight, or we can do during the day. Completely up to you my sweet."
He stood up and was now a bit larger than Astraea. Gently, he reached over and took her paw within his own, bringing it up and planting a light kiss upon it. He gave her a smile and put it her paw back down on the ground, being as gentle and caring as he could be.

Astraea, smiled lightly as he turned red from her kiss on his cheek. She tilted her head and slightly frowned, that's it..just good before she nodded her head lightly "It does not matter to me, preferably during the day so I can get to sleep on time" she said. She really hoped Akira stepped up and put Elrond to bed.
She smiled as he kissed her paw. She really appreciated the affection her previous relationships, hadn't really had much affection to it. She stretched a little and looked at Astrophel "I have to get going to make sure Elrond got to bed on time" she told him before giving him one last kiss on the cheek and then pivoting to head home.
