Eun Ji broke the straight forward stare he had been holding, trying to remain otherwise influential as he stood in the office, letting Captain Albright's weapon lay at his feet. Given orders now, he smiled a bit more and bowed lightly, stepping over the zanpakuto at the tip of his toes. "As you wish my lady." Eun Ji spoke, heading to the door, donning a friendly face as he glanced at his partner. "This will be fun don't you think Nocella? I hope we get to play a bit." He added, rolling his neck lightly, soft, barely audible pops coming from it. "I'll see you there then lovely." He winked back at his pink haired partner, teasing and taunting her simultaneously. It wasn't an act to get on Nocella's good side so much as it was something to tick her off before a fight. Eun Ji was instigating his comrade on purpose as he disappeared out the door with Nocella. [Exit] But that doesn't mean I can't handle myself. OOC:OOC

Noah watched as the chaos soon began to unfold. An eyebrow arched as he watched a hell butterfly land upon the commanders shoulder, her reaction seem to changed, all he knew from her sudden change in emotion was that something a miss, he tilted his head to the side as if wondering what it was before realizing it seemed that lady luck had been on his side, before he knew it the commander was sending one of her body guards to the scene he could only wonder what was going to happen next.

Kokoro spins back in her chair, back to the Captain. She continues to watch the sunset taking a few moments before forming a response for Albright.
"You're concerned because Central Fourty-Six passed a more lax law on Hollow termination?" she questions. A few days prior, a meeting was held between she and Central Fourty-Six about the protection of the Human World. "The council wants to completely eradicate the world altogether. I've been fighting to keep the scarce humans alive for 300 years. I even put Squad Six on Human Patrol. The council will not dabble in the affairs of the Gotei much more Captain." she finishes.

She was waiting for the other two to arrive and give their reports on what occurred within the world of the living. After all they were the first responders weren't they? They needed to report what they saw with their own eyes then it would be Noroi's turn to fill in the gaps. She couldn't help but let out a soft sigh as she was slowly getting more an dmore upset over her zanpakutos dying like they were.

She was surprised that she had arrived here before Eun Ji, but whatever, maybe he was stopping to smell the roses. "Nocella Kurenai, reporting." she said formally. The woman was all business now, despite all the quips she threw back in the human world. "Upon arriving in the human world with Eun Ji, we witnessed a scene where Lieutenant Kagayaki attacked the unarmed Captain Ishtar. Captain Ishtar retaliated with a chain of Kido attacks, to which I immediately ordered them to stop fighting and explain the situation. Both ignored me, with Captain Ishtar claiming that I hold no authority other than being the Commander's guard dog. When I mentioned I was there on the Commander's orders, both ignored me yet again and continued to fight. I then asked Eun Ji which one he wanted to drag back, and he went for Lieutenant Kagayaki, shattering the barrier that Captain Ishtar had put around them both. The two then immediately stopped fighting once we intervened. As you can see, Lieutenant Kagayaki came here with full cooperation, while Captain Ishtar seemed to be cooperating when he opened a Senkaimon. Upon telling us to enter first, Eun Ji insisted that the Captain and the Lieutenant go first, then we would follow. When he refused, he fled from the scene, claiming that he had done no wrong and that he would submit a report later, and that would be the end of it." she said, telling it as it was, without any favorite opinions or biased views. She was on neither the Lieutenant's or the Captain's side, not that they needed it. Additionally, she held no grudge against either of them, not looking to get them into more deep s**t, or even out of deep s**t. Compartmentalizing with the entire situation, she was only doing as ordered. The Commander would be the one to give the final verdict on that. "Anything I missed, Eun Eun?" she said, turning her head to look at him when he finally arrived.

However, I wish he would have just come back. But at least we got done what we were sent to do." He added on, stepping daintily over to the corner of the room, leaning against the wall with his hands as a cushion. "And thanks for letting me get first pick." He tagged on with a giggle. But that doesn't mean I can't handle myself. OOC:OOC

The man watched as her two body guards left for the human world, he figured that it would be only a matter of time before they would return. When the captain commander began to speak he listened, it was nothing new for him to be so quiet, especially in the presence of others. Mind you Noah was not a shy man, far from it he spoke what was on his mind but only when necessary. As Noah listened to the captain review over her actions over the past 300 years he remained calm, not seeming surprised what so ever although commendable as her actions were. Noah couldn't help but feel as if he was missing something, just as he was about to speak about the current situation he watched as a senkaimon opened up with the sound of a soft bell, he watched as a young woman was the first to walk through, he recognized her as the vice captain of squad 1, it would seem she was the one who had been causing trouble as of late. As Noah let a bored sigh escape his mouth he watched as her two body guards returned, he would in turn rest both hands atop the back of his head listening to their report, to see if any information would be valid, after hearing what the body guard had to say, Noah had already made his judgement. Noah had not spent much time with any of the captains, especially Amon, they both seemed to be on different portions of the personality spectrum. After a moment he would reach down picking up his zanpakuto rising to his feet as he did so. He would begin, stringing it against his back once more. As the object made contact with his back, he pulled the strings from both top and bottom around his chest, ensuring that it was pulled tight before finishing it up with a secure tying. Noah would begin making his way towards the exit, his back towards everyone, he would pause a moment before saying. "I will be returning to my office now." He said using his flash step, he would exit from the office, Noah knew it was abrupt of him to leave, but he also knew that if there were any other concerns she would send a hell butterfly to him to notify him of any pressing matters. Aside from that he also took the liberty, of having some of his lower rank squad members, run errands in and out of squad 1, encase there was a specific emergency they would be able to notify the commander easily. "Ah, my troublesome Lieutenant...you've caused quite a stir I've heard." she says as Norior enters her office via the Senkimon, followed closely by Nocella and Eun Ji. Captain Ishtar is absent of the company. "You're one short!" she announces standing from her chair.
She listens to Nocella's report staring at Norior the entire time. She has a strange smirk upon her face.
"You, a Lieutenant, attacked a Captain. An unarmed Captain at best who was merely doing their job? Explain yourself." she says closing the distance between them. Kokoro, obviously shorter, still carries the posture of someone twice her size.
As for the disobedient Captain who insulted her Guard, she'd speak with him later. Now, she has a licking to administer.

However that could be addressed later. Closing her eyes and remembering every little detail she spoke softly and respectfully to the head captain. "When I arrived in the human world I took notice to a strange trail of spiritual pressure. It felt like a shinigami's yet like a hollow's as well. So I followed it to see what it was. Sure enough it was something far stronger than a hollow... It even wielded a zanpakuto and my immediate thoughts were to detain the being and bring him back to the soul society. However Captain Ishtar intervened when I attacked the creature blocking my zanpakuto with a kido then using another kido to try and bind me. The fact he was unarmed was merely due to his arrogance. Even thus more he let the creature go... knowing nothing like that had ever been seen before he let it go. My thoughts then shifted to detaining the captain for questioning until Captain's Nocella and Eun Ji appeared and stopped us entirely." She spoke plainly to the head captain ready to have her head bitten off and slammed into the nest of maggots for the worst case scenario.

Kokoro does not budge from her position. She listens to her Vice-Captain's report, her eyes piercing through her if they could.
"So, a mysterious creature, wielding what seemed to be a Zanpakuto, was seen by you and Captain Ishtar?" she says, not expecting an answer. Rhetorical question.
She turns from Norior, walking around her desk to gaze at the setting sun. "I expect you to file a report on these findings. My guards have given me no intel about a mysterious Zanpakuto-wielding creature and Captain Ishtar is absent. Therefore, in this situation, I must put you under house arrest until further notice. Going against my orders, drawing your blade on a comrade, and impeding on another Squads' jurisdiction certainly should earn you time with Captain Samurakami," she answers referring to the notorious Captain of Squad Two and her deadly militia, "luckily, you're Captain is feeling kind this beautiful evening."
Kokoro turns to look at her Vice-Captain now. She looks down at her blade feeling a strangeness to it's reaitsu.

Captain Ishtar is not my comrade for he has shown his true colors in my eyes. But fine along with house arrest I have already paid a hefty price for that which I have done. Is that all?" She asks so that she may head to the training grounds to try and attempt to gain a new zanpakuto. One that would be her own and not someone else's. Like how Kojin and Kageki were. Should she be able to do this she would be unlocking her own soul instead of trying to fuse with another's.

Kokoro closes her eyes, saying nothing for a few moments.
"Norior, as your Captain, it is my responsibility to mold you into a warrior of Squad One. We are the Gotei's leading force; I need you to appreciate your role. Make wiser choices from this point on. Tomorrow, report to the Dojo for a private training session with me. Until then, go to your barracks."
Kokoro turns to the woman giving a nod signalling her dismissal.
Kokoro walks over to her Guard. "I'm paying a visit to our newest addition to the Gotei. Why don't you guys go enjoy Squad Eight's festivities?" she smiles.
She then vanishes into thin air.

As for the Squad Eight festivities, Nocella wouldn't have given a damn if Kokoro hadn't dragged her out in the first place. Lacing her fingers behind her head, she strolled out, brushing past Eun Ji as she left the Commander's Office. Upon stepping outside, a Hell Butterfly landed on her shoulder. "Dammit. What freaking time is it?" she muttered to herself, doing some calculations in her head. With a grumble, Nocella followed the fluttering Hell Butterfly back to the messenger.

After a while, figuring that nothing was needed of him, he decided to head out and actually get something to eat.
