Tobi here's a knock on the door and goes to answer it. As he opens the door, he sees a tall student, most likely from the college, and he greetied him. "Did you get ahold of the flyer for this place on the School's bullitien? We kind of room students that go there. So, who might you be? I'm Tobi, come on in." he said, as he turned from the door to allow the stranger in, so he could hear his story. He lead him to the kitchen, where the other students were gathered, and awaited a response.

as i walk to the kitchen with tobi i see two other ppl in the kitchen looking at me with a curious expression on there faces. so i start to explain to them of my story of why im here. my name is Katuso Takeshi, im came from the college but i didnt see a flyer. i only saw a road going down to the beach so i thought it would be a nice place to stay put at because i enjoy the beach because its so peaceful. after i was done explaining why i ended up here i turned my head to tobi [color =green] do you mind me station myself on your property, because im guessing the beach is part of the property. i dont have much money but ill work around the house as payment if thats okay with you? i dont need a room. ill just stay out on the beach because i like to be by myself.im more of a independent kinda guy

Tobi nods at Haku's jester. "Thanks, but that isn't really necessary, but it'll go to the house fund thing." He says to him as he takes it and places it in an envelope. He then walks back over to the front door and sees the girl. "What's with all the yelling, this place isn't abandoned. Are you looking for rooming?" He said to the girl, then he called back to Haku. "The pool is out back. take the second door on the right in the kitchen. I'll show you to your room when you've finished checking the place out." He turned to the girl and motioned her to follow him into the kitchen."yes of course" i follow you.

Mako-Soldier-Haku Rinyame Mako-Soldier-Haku Haku looks at the papers, [********. Okay. I hate paper work." As he starts he notices Tobi's quick movements. "The hell..? Kinda weird... Nevermind." After a few minuites of signing his soul away he finishes up the paper work. He hands the paper work over and then pulls out his wallet. "Uhh.... I'll made an andvance payment for 3 months I suppose." Pulls out $120. "Wheres that pool you mentioned...? I like pools..." my voice travels through the house. Did Haku just hear something, another voice. He pokes his head around the corner to check it out. It was another person. He scans the person before him, up and down the new persons body. He snaps back into exsistance to not seem rude. "Hello! Im a new guy here too. You wanna talk to Tobi. He runs the joint."i smile a little and nod slightly and turn towards tobi.

Tobi handed the sign up papers over to the girl, and one to Katsuo. "Sure thing, just be sure to fill out everything ni this packet and read it all carefully. I'll then show you all to your rooms when you're finished." he siad to the new patrons. My bedroom is the one here with the do not disturb sign on it. Feel free to knock on it anytime, except when the sign's on the door knob. I'll gladly help you with which ever questions you have. We'll have the first house event this Friday, when my brother gets here." He said to them. He then took a seat and waited for them to fill out the papers.

'tobi is it okay if i sleep out on the beach ill make a lil hut if thats okay with you? also if i do change my mind later in the near future may i have a room if there is still one to give?

"So you agree that when planning for this year's con, you'll pull your own weight and help out, that you will keep the house clean, not make fun of others for sexual orientation? You agree that you shall not snitch, that you know your guns, and how to use them. Oh, and best of all, that when my brother makes his visits, you agree to be up before the crack of dawn, so we can get an early start to the day? If so, then there's no worries, am I right?" He said to the girl. He awaited a reply. He then looked over to Katuso. "There's no need for sleeping on the beach. There's plenty of rooms here. There are five here on the first floor, eight on the second floor and one master bedroom on the third floor. However, that one is off limits, seeing it is only used when my brother stays over the weekends, with his wife. That's their secret room, only they have a key to it." He said to him, he then looked a tthe others and waited to see if any had questions about the house or the paperwork.

ready to answer back to tobi i look up at him and with a respectful reply. "im signig the paper but may i have a room with the ocean view because i love the beach, if thats okay with you? i agree to all terms on your paper" then i turn my head back to the paper and start to sign the agreement and terms of living in this penthouse.

Haku follows Tobi's directions and finds the pool. It looks fantastic....Pefect... He looks around and then shrugs. "Well guess I live here...."
Haku takes off his jacket, and then his pants. He has a pair of shorts under them, and then his shoes and socks. He kept his glasses on though. "Water time." He dives in and swims around. So good. He floats on the top for several seconds.

Tobi nodded at Katsuo. "Sure thing, I'll get you one." He said, as he took the papers from him. "The first payment will be next month on the second." he added in. "follow me, i'll show you to your room, Katsuo." he said, as he motioned for him to follow, closing his own bedroom door, that he had left open. He didn't want to risk the new patrons to judge him for what would be found in his room. He stopped in front of a room, that was a good size, and already had a bed, desk, drawers, shelves, and two nightstands, as well as a nice rectangular window with a good view of the ocean in it. "Here's your room, Katsuo, ocean view, like you asked." he said, as he stepped to the side of the room's door.Daisuke Santos
As Tobi showed Katsuo to his room, another boy came out of the master bathroom, without throwing a towel on. "Yo Tobi, what was with all those other voices? Thought you said that you were going to chill on the couch and watch a few of your Yaoi movies until I got out of the shower. I hope you have that all off ,I don't need to walk in on you watching male on male hardcore stuff!" he called out to Tobi. He then noticed that a girl was sitting in the kitchen. "Ah damn." He said, as he quickly grabbed a towel and wrapped it around his junk and he threw on his glasses. "Sorry about that, miss. Name's Daisuke, can i help you?" he said, trying to hide his embarassment. He awaited a reply from the girl.Tobi
"Sorry Daisuke, forgot you were in the shower.She's a new patron, she too goes to the college. So does he." Tobi called back to Daisuke. "Rin, Katsuo, I'd like you to meet my brother-in-law, Daisuke." he siad to both of them,then he returned to the kitchen area, leaving Katsuo to go to his room and settle down. "I wasn't watching anything hardcore, Daisuke. Was watching something light on the eyes. Besides, they don't need to know about that. Not now at least." Tobi added in as he pointed over to Haku, who appeared to be in the back, near the door. "Oh, him over there, he's Haku, another college student patron." he added in. Daisuke nodded and walked over to his room, to get dressed.

Haku got out of the Pool and was drying himself off with a Towel he had. He put his stuff back on and walked into the house drying off his head with a towel, now there were two new people, "Uhhh..Hi everyone."Haku continued to dry off his hair.
"More people's name to remember damn it." He laughs
