I'm honestly surprised no one has voted for Izzet or Golgari in this poll. As far as play style goes I prefer Izzet but personality wise and if I were to actually sort myself into a guild I would go with Azorius (which is what I'm doing for the pre-release in a few days!) for this set and Boros for Gatecrash.

If i had seen this thread a bit sooner, i would have voted Izzet.. I played Izzet at the pre-release.. Even though the cards i pulled were more Golgari related

I did a draft because they didn't have time for anther sealed and the set overall was pretty lackluster for me. Izzet and Golgari did terribly. Rakdos I figured was going to be pretty strong on top of scavenge and USA did pretty well too. Grixis did alright but fell short to pure Rakdos and USA. My friend pulled Tristani, foil Tristani, and Armada Wurm. Needless to say he did pretty well.

I found Golgari, Rakdos and Selesnya are actually stronger than what they give before with my many pre-releases. I also did Azorius, but many bombs versus your 2 can decimate you. Izzet I thought about doing, but the heavy problem why I pushed away from it was most of the things you need are rares. Most other guilds have great commons/uncommons that you will not have a problem in making things work.
