Some of the things I've learned are:
1. The cute, fuzzy creature ALWAYS isn't what it seems.
2. Cherry blossoms mean nostalgia.
3. Nothing delays romance like unruly neighbors.
4. The old guy is the most perverted person ever. Or the most powerful. Or both.
5. Hotsprings can be found anywhere.

To go along with the last one - if you hear women playing in a unisex hotspring, they're probably baboons. Unless you're an innocent boy, then it really will be women that will throw everything they own into your face.

Things I learned from anime
The hero will always find a way to win in the end( unless he is meant to lose and learn some great lesson)
The less clothes you have the greater your combat abilities are( meaning nude people are the strongest in all of animedom)
Your true love is sometimes your best friend
And finally when girls with big breasts go to a beach with guy friends there will be an octopus that attacks them out of no where

That poor shlub never wins any major competition. I realize that one of the morals of Pokemon is good sportsmanship, but seriously - they should let him win the Indigo League sometime.

He doesn't win because of the theory that he's been in a coma ever since he got hit by a bolt of lightening in the first season and because he never won the tournament for that one he doesn't win the tournament for the rest of them since he thinks he's not good enough yet.
