Miao growled softly and took a swipe at the air, more for bravado than anything else. "What makes you think I'd let you kiss my booboos? You sure don't look like my mother to me. You aren't even pretty. Besides, you should have seen the look on your face when you saw the lizard!"
Bloo nodded in agreement with Foufou. "No wonder they aren't getting along. They are too much alike."

((*pops in!*))
Gaelin shivers and shakes the water from his fur. Gross. Water. All because of his stupid little familiar, Niinii.
As if on cue, Niinii looks up and gives him a broad smile and he grumbles. Dumb cute jellyfish. Now that he was wandering away from the crack of water against stone and sand, he could here a few voices, seemingly bickering amongst each other.
...Strangers?
He crouched down low, wet stomach dragging against the sand, and slowly slunk closer.
As he drew nearer, the voices grew clearer. The last things he heard being "What makes you think I'd let you kiss my booboos? You sure don't look like my mother to me. You aren't even pretty. Besides, you should have seen the look on your face when you saw the lizard!" and a small voice (it sounds like Niinii, too soft to be a Hulah...definitely a familiar. Only one that can actually talk...or maybe Niinii can talk and is just mocking him) that sounded rather amused murmer "No wonder they aren't getting along. They are too much alike."
...Gaelin almost burst into laughter. Not strangers. Hulahs. Like him!
...Oh bother- he actually did let out a gale of laughter! He hoped they hadn't heard...
((oh man i'm not used to RPing...^^;; ))

Lilie cowered behind a tree, and crept along the shadows. Now, this Hulah here did not like the chance of being harmed. She prefered lounging around and eating nuts, if she wasn't so paranoid that something was going to leap out an-
As if on cue, a tiny figure lept out from a bush and tackled Lilie. The poor dear, Lilie, shrieked in utter terror, and scurried up the tree she was crouching behind. The figure, truthfully, was her sweet bunny, who decided one, little, suprise wouldn't hurt. Alas, it was wrong, and had scared the living daylights out of it's owner.
"HOMYGAWD! Get away from me, you wicked monst-" her shrieking was cut short when she atlast noticed that the thing that had flung onto her was her adorable familiar. "O-oh..Oops." The Hulah blushed heavily, and weakly leaped down.
The bunny chirped it's apologizes, and looked down at it's toes.
Looking around cautiously, Lilie slowly slunk out of the wonderful, safe shade of the trees and other things. She glanced down at the wide-eyed looking familiar, and sighed with a smile. "Well, I guess, if you promise, never to do it again, I'll forgive you. By the by, perhaps I should give you a neat little name. How a-" she said, and stopped mid-word when she realized that she didn't know WHAT gender her dear rabbit was. And oh boy, how was that question going to be asked?
"U-uh..A-are you a boy or a girl?"
The bunny opened it's mouth like a guppy out of water, and it's face turned a crimson shade. "S-splee?" it question, and suddenly looked at it's nose. Afterall, one can't see there mouth as there was a nose infront of your eyes. "S-splee!" it tried again, and looked down right annoyed. "Splee! Spleeeee!" it squeaked yet again, left eye twitching.
The bunny stomped it's feet, and huffed with impatience. It began making hand gestures, and looked rather annoyed.
Lilie blinked curiously, and put her paw to her mouth. It was rather OBVIOUS that her dear friend couldn't speak in english, so how could it answer? And mouth tips curled up, and as if there were a light bulb, an idea popped into her brain.
"OOOH!-" she stopped her speech, and looked around carefully. No, it would simply not do good if everyone acknowledged her presence. It would cause her much, too much trouble. Her voice lower than a whisper, she continued. "Here, if you're a girl, draw a stick figure wearing a triangle. You know how to do this, yes? Good. If a boy, draw a plain stick figure. Got it?"
"Splee!" it chirped, bopping it's head up and down. It poked a finger into the ground, and hastily drew a stick and a circle with a deformed and upside down triangle to the left.
"A..girl? Who would've thunk it."
Lilie shrugged, and began mentally making a list of possible names, muttering some outloud.
"Isabella? Homygawsh, no. Vivian? Eew, just, ew.. Lola? Too perky sounding..Yuni? N-Well...It's OKAY sounding..Maybe..Okay, fine. Yuni it is." she murmured, and after deciding on a name, nodded happily. "Yuni you shall be, Yuni!" she shouted rather loudly, forgetting, just for a moment, that she might be found or attacked from that loud tone.
Afterwards, Lilie smiled widely and scratched the tree she climbed upon roughly. "After all, we wouldn't wanna get lost." she stated simply, when Yuni spleed in curiousity. The duo stalked away, Lilie clawing trees they passed.
[[Oh dear, I just noticed something. ._.; The certs are a bit over the byte limit..]]

{Really? XD It was the first name to fling in my head.}
Lilie screamed in terror, and flung herself onto a tree, making pathetic attempts to climb up, and ending up sliding down. "Eee! Get away! Get away, get away, get AWAY!" she shrieked, batting her paw in the air in the direction of the rodent.
Yuni clung to the head of her owner, staring at the rodent nearby. Her right eye twitched, and she scurried over and glared at it. "Splee!" she squeaked, completely annoyed by the ear pitching sound coming from the rodent, and flattened her ears against her head with her paws.

After the ordeal with the lizard, Miao decided her stomach needed filling and backed away from the male before her. With Bloo in tow, the two pounced off towards the ocean to do some fishing.
"I'm so hungry!", Miao pouted as she pounced around in the water until she landed on an average sized fish.
"I don't see how you can eat that.. stuff," Bloo replied. "I'm off to nibble on something.. non-meaty."
