Aurora looked at the little child at her side as she got patted on the back. She then looked at the Female Mewtwo why had she not attacked her she was different than the male Mewtwo who always seemed angrey when ever she ran into him. She tilted her head to the side at the females comment did that mean she was different she would have to find out more about this female Mewtwo. But not right at that moment the girls mention of tea interested her. Looking over at Celest she smiled, "Tea sounds good but we need to know what is going on." Getting up from her cowering position she took the young girls hand. As she went over to the counter Aurora sighed. "I can feel it. It is something different."

Flint watched as Samantha knocked over the papers Kori had been looking over previously, and smiles when the girl bagan to pick up the papers. He noticed that a few pages had somehow made it near where he was standing and bent over to pick them up. After stacking the pages he had picked up neatly he walked over and the table and set them on the corner of the table " Here, these Somehow got across the room, I picked them up and thought i should being them over to you" he says to Kori with a gentle smile.
A'ala, growing bored of just standing there, set down her menu having decided against actually ordering and moved away. The short torchic girl began to space out, lost in her own thoughts, this place was so busy, but there really wasn't much to hear just yet, it was making her restless and she hated it. She wished something would just happen, good or bad it didn't matter. So lost in her thoughts she didnt notice the Sneasel girl in front of her and ran straight into her, snapped out of her thoughts she let out a surprised squeal
Rush yawned and stretched, this place was boring, but it felt like something could happen at any time, so he would wait. He grimaced as he realized how long that could take. well, may as well get comfortable, he told himself and took a seat at an empty table, propping his feet up on the edge and leaning back his chair. He fiddled absently with the fur around his neck, looking around he frowned as he realized that Flint was here, hopefully the weakling Blaziken would stay away from him, he didn't feel like getting into a fight right now. It wouldn't be so bad if he filled his species description more accurately, but as it was his younger sister who was only a Torchic was more deserving to be a Blaziken than him.

Tilting her head, the Mewtwo looked back towards Pierre. "No one is panicking. Nor am I." Finding the position uncomfortable on her neck, she turned her purple gaze back, staring more at the doors to the place than at anything else. A plan would indeed be appropriate. She had no ideas. How did you stop something from going on a total rampage of the city and surrounding area in a completely angry state? A simple touch on the shoulder wouldn't work with this one.
Prisca's eyes stayed on the door as she thought about it. "Though you have a right to. It is different, but at the same time, familiar. Apparently word of Kanto's constant mistakes hasn't reached Unova. It's like every Mewtwo's past played out over here." Which greatly concerned her about both the Pokemon and the future of the city.
Turning her head back around to once again face the Persian, the woman watched his reaction with her intense purple gaze. "You're from the group who won't learn from their mistakes. Do you have an idea of how to deal with a rampaging experiment?"

Samantha blinked a couple times, deciphering what the man had said. Did he have trouble speaking? Poor guy! Though, it wasn't nice to point such things out, she knew that much, so she just smiled and nodded at what he said. "Nice ta' meet ya', Mr. Kori!" She smiled warmly at the young man, patting his hand. "Nah, 's okay, you can have your seat back!" With that, she scrambled over and climbed up into the opposite seat, tails swishing back and forth, her feet kicking freely as her legs weren't quite long enough to reach the floor.
She was about to ask what sorts of 'projects' he worked on, when they were joined by another new person. Samantha glanced up at Flint curiously...wait, he worked here, right? She thought she'd remembered seeing him around here from time to time anyway. "Thank you!" she piped up brightly, flashing the Blaziken a wide grin.
Just about to return to her earlier line of questioning yet again...Samantha frowned, glancing across the room at the growing crowd by the counter. Something wasn't right...she could feel it. And though she was young, her instincts never seemed to be wrong. She was pretty good at reading people, and getting better, but reading situations was her specialty. She seemed to have a knack for anticipating when trouble was brewing.
"Hey...what's going on?" she questioned quietly, directed towards no one in particular.--- Having turned her back to keep a closer eye on the unfolding events, Eliana didn't sense the Torchic until she bumped into her back. The surprised squeal was met with a startled, angry hiss, the Sneasel whirling around instinctively and baring both claws and fangs at the 'attacker'. Immediately beginning to process the incident, and discarding the other as an imbecile rather than a threat, Eliana snarled, "Why don't you watch where you're going?"
It wasn't often that Eliana let herself be distracted enough to lose track of what was going on in her surroundings. When she did, well...she did NOT like being surprised, even when it turned out to be something harmless. It was a sign of weakness, of failure..and in the wrong situation, could get you killed...or worse.
She kept her slitted eyes locked on the Torchic female, practically radiating anger with her hostile stance as she sized the other up analytically.--- Ignoring the protests of lack of time from both the Psychic type Legendaries, Celeste waved a hand and bustled off to the kitchen, calling over her shoulder. "There's always time for tea. Keeps a level head for serious discussions. You just let me worry about the tea."
Seeming right at home, the Pidgeot child 'borrowed' one of Pierre's trays and loaded it up with cups, sugar, and the like, before finishing up with a hot pot of black tea. She rejoined the group outside, and started setting out cups and pouring tea for everyone.
She had to admit, much of the conversation's subject matter was flying by over her head. Then again, as she hadn't the experiences of the adults in question, and they weren't exactly forthcoming with information, it couldn't be held against her. In any case, she knew enough to realize that no situation would be helped by harsh words and flaring tempers. Best to keep civilized and calm if anything productive were to come from this.

Flint shakes his head directing his gaze to those around the counter. " i dont know, but its getting me worried" he said answering the girls question " ive been listening all this time trying to pick something up, but i haven't heard anything yet. The tension in this room is killing me" he says faking like he was choking on it before regaining his composure and laughs " i keep forgetting im at work, im not supposed to goof off" he says with a grin, before sombering up and retuning his gaze to where it was before " i hope things turn out ok... whatever it is"
A'ala stomps her foot and crosses her arms " why don't YOU get out of the way so people can walk?!" she says with just as much anger " i dont know where you get off yelling at me when your just as much at fault!" she says glaring heatedly at the Sneasel, She would not back down, she would not show weakness, she would not be like her pathetic brother. "dont underestimate me, you'll regret it if you do" she hisses quietly voice seeping with venom her eyes reflecting her fury and showing she meant what she said
Rush growled to himself, he was sick and tired of waiting. NOTHING was happening and it was pissing him off, something was clearly wrong and he wanted to know what it was. To hell with waiting, it was time to be direct and get straight to the point rather than continue this pointless waiting, like scavengers waiting for scraps. He pushed away from the wall and stormed up to the counter, pushing anyone who got in his path out of the way.
He stopped right in front of the mewtwo woman and slammed his fist violently into the counter " Ok, enough of this bullshit, tell us what the hell is going on! i know you know so don't even try to pretend" he said voicing what everyone was thinking just in a more vulgar manner. " we can all tell that something is wrong, so spill already and stop keeping us all in the dark! its infuriating." he says glaring angrily at her and anyone who looked at him

Much to the woman's annoyance, she jumped when the counter was slammed upon. Narrowing her eyes in a threatening glare, Prisca turned her attention on someone she didn't remember seeing anywhere around town before.
"Well, at least most of us aren't getting out of hand," she corrected herself, raising an eyebrow at the man who had the guts to direct such hostility towards a Mewtwo. A respectful action in most cases. Not a lot of people had the courage to stand up to her species. "Call bull all you want. I don't know. I don't keep tabs on every lab. I don't even know what kind of Pokemon it is. I've never seen it before." This was strange. She had been in Unova long enough to be somewhat familiar with the types of Pokemon in the area. Like that tall man over with the papers. Just by looking at his ears, she knew he was a Minccino. But this one...It was weird. Malevolent looking. Like a mechanic bug built for nothing but to destroy.
"I wouldn't be rash," she advised the Taurus, keeping her purple eyes narrowed in his direction. "Not against this one. You don't approach experiments like that with an uneven head." Standing up, she moved the purse strap to her shoulder. "Nor any experiment, for that matter. They're a lot more dangerous than you would think." As if to emphasis her point, the purple tail previously hiding under her long skirt poked out and raised high enough for the tip to reach her waist. It took with it the edge of her dress so below her knee visible from the back.

⊞ k o r i Kori offered the friendly waiter a shy smile as he took the pages from him. He was mildly comfortable around Flint after seeing him plenty around the soup shop. Most importantly, Kori knew he wouldn't hurt him. "Thanks f-for getting t-them for me."
Before the Minccino took his seat again, he was distracted by the conversation going on at the counter. The conversation that just didn't seem to lower it's volume. With how secretive the labs were about this experiment, all of those cherished conversations' value was now flying out of the mouths of chatty Pokemon. He was probably one of the better sources of information for the group to ask, but he wasn't going to mutter a peep about it. Wasn't his place and it scared him to even think about it, let alone talk about the dangers associated with that Pokemon.
Kori noticeably jumped as well when one of the larger customers slammed a fist on the table. Now people were getting angry; anger only ever lead to chaos. Kori repeated the one word that stood out of Flint's interpretation. "T-Tension. N-Not okay, n-not okay, so n-not okay." Trying to clear some room in his thoughts, he shook his head. He began to gather the papers back into his bag, making sure this time he had grabbed each of the pages. "I-I'm g-going t-to get out of h-here. Before things g-get tense-" He glanced to the gathering near the counter and shook his head, adding, "er." Another frown and shake of his head. He offered tentatively to the others, "M-Maybe y-you t-two s-should g-get going too. This c-can't be g-going anywhere... productive."
Every time I get stuck, the words won't fit! Cause every time that I try, I get tongue-tied! Need a little good luck to get me by...

Tension...so thick, one could practically feel it...taste it in the air. Not nearly so satisfying as the flavors and scents of the soups that normally filled the air of the shop. The tension didn't so much make Samantha nervous, as it seemed to the pair of adults with which she was conversing..but it did make her senses turn on high alert, as if expecting trouble and preparing for it.
Gone oddly was her child-like innocent grins and demeanor. A frown had plastered itself on the child's face, as if she were centrally involved in the trouble and responsibility for solving this problem had settled itself squarely upon her small shoulders.
Something was wrong...something was...loose? Outside? Something dangerous, from the sound of it. While she'd tuned the two adults out for a moment to listen to the other group across the room, Samantha turned back as Kori made to leave. "Don't go, Mr. Kori," she said, reaching out to place her hand on his arm. "It could be dangerous out there alone. Stay here. We'll keep ya' safe." She nodded sagely, offering the Minccino a reassuring smile.--- "There's plenty of room to walk, if you weren't stumbling about like a drunken Slowpoke," Eliana snarled in response. Stupid girl, what the hell was she talking about? The Sneasel didn't have time for this sort of idiocy.
"Look, posture all you want, you cackling chicken," Eliana snapped back, irritated, but reigning in her emotions. Emotions could get you in trouble, make you do stupid things. Best keep in control. "I'm sure it makes you feel better. Have at it. Just mind your manners before you pick a fight with someone who decides to mind them for you, sweetie," she cooed, syrupy sweet venom coating both her words and her smile that didn't quite reach her eyes.--- Ignored for the most part, Celeste didn't mind and calmly went about serving everyone tea. Even if they didn't drink it, the warmth and the calming odor was soon to fill the area. She could only hope that its soothing effects might have some sway on the swiftly growing tempers before they could begin raging at full strength.
Frowning, the Pidgeot glanced around the room, her eyes briefly meeting the emerald pair of the Ninetales child across the room, then casting over her adult companions. At least not everyone seemed ready for a fight, but still, tense situations called for logical, calm thinkers...not out of control hotheads. However...what more could one little Pidgeot child do?

At the loud noise Net jumped visibly, which was rather amusing because she was still hovering. The fine fur along her tail had stood on end and fluffed out which give it an odd look. Once she managed to calm her startled heart the tail moved into reaching distance so could smooth down her ruffled look.
Foooood, her mind whined as she listened to the conversations around her. Sadly, it seemed, no food still for her. And that no one seemed to be paying her any attention either.
Not that it mattered in the mew's mind, because she had every intention of helping no matter what was wrong. It was a weakness, her needing to help people. But it was one she would always happily embrace if it meant making some one happy. With that in mind she chose to keep silent and listen in hopes of figuring out what was going on.

Aurora took one of the tea cups from the collection Celeste had brought out. She winced as the male hit his hand against the counter. "You have to be careful with experiments you do not know what type of powers that they hold." Even though Aurora had not ever gone against a experiment first hand but she knew that experiments were not experiments for nothing. "It will not help if we start fighting here. The Experiment will be able to do more damage than it needs to."

Flint listened and took both of their words into account and shakes his head " i don't think anywhere is safe right now" he says to Sam " if theres something loose, then it could just as easily attack here as it could anywhere else. besides i think it may be fairly dangerous in here as well..." he said casting a gaze to the angry Tauros, Flint knew him and he also knew that when Rush got involved in stuff like this, the best option was to leave as soon as possible. He cast his gaze around searching for his sister and pales upon seeing he looking like she was about to attack the sneasel. He groaned, why did his sister have to be so out of control all the time? why couldn't she just be the sweet and calm sister that he wished she was. " excuse me a moment" he said to the two and with a sigh walked over to his sister with a determind look on his face
A'ala growled furiously, stomping her foot again she looked like she was about to lunge, but before she could Flint stepped up and grabbed her from behind, trying to pull her away Flint smiled nervously at the sneasel" im sorry... please forgive my sister, she doesn't know when to quit sometimes" he said and dragged her back to where he had been standing, her screeching at him to let her go the entire time. as soon as flint let her go she turned on her heel and tackled him, managing to only knock him back a few steps " i hate you! why do you always get in my way huh?!" Flint pats her head looking a bit nervous "i thought you might end up getting into trouble, so i stopped you. you'll thank me later" She growled and walked across the room sitting at an empty table still fuming about everything.
Rush swings his head " see you DO know more than the rest of us." he said his three whip-like tails flicking about in agitation. an experiment eh? that was interesting, perhaps the stupid humans were up to their old mistakes yet again It just proved his point that humans were idiots. He rolled his eyes at the woman " don't be fooled into thinking i don't know what you are. i know exactly what you are and i'm not afraid of you. You're just another mistake made by foolish humans who don't know any better than to not mess with things that don't concern them. Just another victim." he says shaking his head, mindful of his horns not wanting to hit anyone.

Those purple eyes widened just for a few seconds before going back to glaring at the rash Taurus man. He had a lot of nerve. There was nothing respectful about this behavior. This was just pure stupidity to speak to her like so. He was lucky he picked the docile one to mess with. She wouldn't leave a crater where he stood. Not unless he really got at her.
Smiling almost sweetly, Prisca walked past him. Before she got beyond arm's reach of him, she glanced over her shoulder, the smile wiped from her purple lips. "You think we're a mistake? Not wise words, boy. Your rash actions will get you in trouble. Learn who to tangle with and who not to." Once she said what she wanted to, Prisca made for the door and walked out. She had enough of the atmosphere in there. Had quite enough of that brash man. All that she knew about it, she had told them. Leave them to figure out what to do next about it. She would work alone. The lone fate of a Mewtwo was one that was difficult to erase from one's life.

Eyeing Prisca, he sat down at one of the tables, but almost immediately jumped up again. "I got an idea. We should go check it out."
And with that said, he was across the room, and with Net in his arms. "And she comes with me."
A smirk. Ah, Pierre, even in the face of Danger, you're like this...

⊞ k o r i Kori immediately stopped in his tracks as he felt something touch his arm, a shudder of horror passing through the limb until he turned. He traced the hand back to Samantha and not one of the brutes which made his shoulders ease slightly. Even in her smile was a silent promise of protection that Kori wasn't going to turn away. He wanted to trust her; so he would.
Kori was just about to take his seat again until he heard Flint's warning. The Blaziken. He honestly wasn't sure if there was any place that wasn't dangerous at the moment. So wouldn't it be better to be potentially slaughtered in the comforts of his own home? He took a brief peek out the door as the Mewtwo left, still finding the fresh air much more appealing than most of the company within the shop. It would smother him if he didn't leave soon enough.
Holding his book bag tightly in his arms, Kori's distressed gaze continued to alternate between the door and those at his table. "I-I, uh, t-think it's s-still b-better t-to get home. B-Before a-anything r-really bad h-happens. T-Things h-have a h-habit of d-doing that. G-Getting b-bad fast." With that, he began to guide himself backwards towards the front of the shop. His hand hesitated at his side to extend and free him of this hotbox. He couldn't even bring himself to open the door, let alone walk out there on his own.
Looking possibly more pitiful than before, Kori hung his head and made his way back to the table, asking those there a favor in the weakest of tones, "W-Would o-one of y-you come w-with me?" Cringing at his own less than favorable intrepretation, Kori quickly fumbled about with his words. "O-Or b-both of you? E-Either or b-both is fine, r-really. Just c-chances o-of running i-into t-trouble a-are f-far less i-if one s-stays with a g-group."
Every time I get stuck, the words won't fit! Cause every time that I try, I get tongue-tied! Need a little good luck to get me by...
