I'm sorry but the NCR are more like a one party government power.

House is just in it for himself no political issues there at all.

And the Legion COULD be considered Nazi's but they just didn't treat one kind of person worse than the others everyone was either killed or converted.

I like Caesar a bit more than Hitler, but that's just me.

You can sympathize with the man's past for the hardships he's been through, but that doesn't mean you can look away from what a tyrant he is and going on a borderline genocide across the wastes.

And I wouldn't forget that nearly everybody in the fallout world has lived a harsh and painful life.

I try not to pick any of the groups.

& the NCR are just a bunch of power-whores.

BTW, I'm on my 4th playthrough, so I've already gotten the achievements for each group. xd

In main aspects the Legion can be described as an empire that is trying to create peace by leveling everyone towards an equal level. Caesar is the dictator and has hordes of loyal troops. When you put it that way most people would join it without a doubt, but in reality children, women, and men that aren't enlisted are enslaved and bombarded with legion propoganda to make it that the legion is doing the right thing when they are killing innocent. In other aspects the NCR can be called worse because of the fact that it has adopted the "Old world society and military", meaning that corruption is rampant, troops aren't trained adequetly, and the land they conquer is hard to supply with troops. Not many people understand that once the NCR is at an area they will take it. Meaning that they will kill... I would choose the NCR though because it has the highest chance of survival because of all of the people in it and how it isn't sextist or discriminate like the Legion.

Have we forgotten about the Brotherhood of Steel? In the early Fallout games when they ventured out from the vaults to a massively lawless land of survivors outside the vaults, they cleared the land pretty good of the scum that were around and the massive amounts of organized and intelligent super mutants. It's a few hundred years after their big sweep through the American continent's wasteland, and I'm wondering where they all went?

The way the BoS was portrayed in FO3 was really more of an outcast-like BoS that have set up shop in D.C. The Brotherhood Outcasts in FO3 were more like the real BoS from the rest of the areas.

I haven't gotten much experiences in dealing with the BoS in New Vegas (does that even happen?), but I'm wondering if they can rise back up in numbers from the massive blow they were dealt to their population during their wars clearing out the super mutant hordes that had overrun the midwest.
