Ryan glanced at Alister and then back to her desk. She turned his words over and over in her head. Is he just trying to be nice or is he just playing some game? I hate always being the new girl. Ryan thought calmly. Ryan sighed and then said, "I'll be fine on my own."

"Alright," he smiled turned his attention away from her and to the board, "See you at lunch."
Alister had no doubt this girl could probably do just great on her own, maybe he was prying and leading her the wrong way. She was kinda pretty.

Ryan glanced at ALister again and then up at the board, giving a sigh of relief. Most people didn't give up that easily, but Ryan could tell by the stares she was getting that it wasn't over yet. As soon as the bell rung, Ryan was up and out of the classroom. She wanted to get to her next class before anyone could talk to her, but she hadn't been quick enough and got caught by the ones that had been glaring. Ryan felt a hand on her shoulder and turn around, saying anything for a moment. Ryan was face to face with a very mean looking girl. The girl shove Ryan against a locker and then said, "See here, new girl. I'm just here to warn you, don't try to act like the poor inoccent new girl or there will be trouble. Got it?" Ryan looked at the girl with a stubornly calm look. Ryan was pretty sure the girl was going to hit her, but Ryan didn't care. She was used to getting picked on by bullies.

(just assuming its a 'popular' girl)
Alister couldnt help but stare at Ryan as she tried to escape 1st period. Then he saw the mean "popular" girls come around and give a lecture. He growled, he hated her with a burning a** passion but once at a crush on her.
Alister dashed himself around his class mates as if a blur and grabbed the girl but the hands and pushed her away.
"Now, lets not start some thing. Its her first day," his voice toned perfectly between angry and soothing.

Ryan watched Alister stand up for her and frowned a little. In Ryan's past most of the time when people stood up for her, it just made things worse. She looked at Alister and then said, "Thanks, but I said I'd be fine on my own." After that, Ryan turned around and walked away, not quite sure where she was headed. Her next period was Gym and she'd just have to hope she'd stumble on it by accident.

Alister narrowed his eyes abit at Ryan not wanting to give up just yet.
"Well let me take you to your next class," he said, almost suddenly appearing next to her. His hands in his jacket pockets and he said hi to one of his friends.

Ryan looked at Alister and sighed. She decided she would just let him be nice for now and hope that it'd all go away. Ryan considered snapping at him so he would leave her alone, but Ryan had no clue where her next class was and she didn't want to be late again. "I have Gym next. You wanna see my scheduale and see if we have any other classes together?" Ryan said quietly. Wow, two sentances. Ryan looked at Alister and then decided she should apologize for getting upset at him helping her earlier. "Sorry I snapped earlier. I just prefere to fight my own battles."

"Ill take you to class, probably knowing your luck, we have all of them together," he said as if he knew her luck, of course that happening would be one in about 1,ooo's of kids. As for her apology he was abit surprised, its not everyday that some one says sorry.
"Its okay, i think i might understand," he paused he had quite a few reasons why bruises would cover her. Alister's eyes motioned to her arm and then away.
(how many periods do you want? like three then lunch then three again? and how many classes do they have together?)

(That sounds good although we could probably skip some of the periods occasionally if you want. They should have all but one. I want Ryan to be in orchestra and I don't think Alister's the orchestra type.)
Ryan smirked, thinking it was funny that Alister acted as though he knew her. She handed him her scheduale to see if they had more classes together. She looked at him and saw his eyes wander to her arm. She put her arm behind her back, not wanting Alister to ask questions. She looked down and followed him, hoping that she wouldn't have to "dress out" in shorts and a t-shirt like some schools made her. It just made her bruises that much easier to see.

(alright, that'll be perfect. Instead of orchestra he'll have...... some thing)
Alister nearly threw up in his mouth, whatever he could throw up... Then her regained his cool, not only was fate tempting him to this girl and her companionship but biting him in the back. None the less, he smirked.
"We have all of them together..." he said slowly, wandering if that was a good thing for her or not, "except orchestra."

Ryan sighed softly and then thought, Just my luck. Ryan glanced at Alister and then said, "Do you guys have to dress out in shorts and a t-shirt for gym?" Ryan crossed her arms and keep walking. She didn't want to dress out because if she had too, it'd be hard to explain the bursies along her arms.

"No, theres no dressing out," Alister answered, "They put a pass on it after several accounts of harassment."
Alister turned the hall corner and his eyes centered on a metal door down a long hall way. A bathroom on the left and band,choir, and orchestra rooms on the right.
"There's your orchestra."

Ryan looked at the room and then said, "Thanks, but I thought I had Gym next." Ryan held out her hand to take her scheduale back. Ryan looked at the orchestra longingly. She played the violin and she loved doing it. She looked at Alister and waited for a moment.

"Oh, i know.... i was just pointing it out? The gym is right there," he said looking at the metal doors toward the end of the hall much past the other rooms. Alister gave back her schedule gingerly as he tried to hide his mistake.
"You know, i never caught your name.."

Ryan smiled littlely, noticing that he had made a mistake. She looked at the Gym and then back at Alister. She smirked and then said, "My name's Ryan, Ryan Kokoro." She looked at the Gym and then walked in there. She handed the gym teacher her scheduale and the note from the office saying that she was new and her name.
