Adalia is awoken by the cubs growling and shoving one another, standing she arches her back to remove the stiffness from her sleep, nosing them apart she looks around for someone she can trust to watch them, feeling the need to release her self and soon.

Devan had been awake all night, watching his mate and sons. As he sat protectively beside them he had been thinking of names, ones that would be known widely. He watched as Adalia awoke and stretched, nudging her to let her know he would wait with the pups to let her stretch her legs and what not.

She looked back at him appreciatively, padding away she found a secluded spot and took care of business, after a short run to stretch her legs she padded back to her mate and their pups, she could smell their need to feed so she lay down once more nudging them close to her belly with her hind paw, once they were settled she looked up to her mate.
"I will need to eat soon, don't tire yourself out."

Devan looked at Adalia and smiled. "I have been thinking of names strong enough for our pups. Ones that will strike fear into their enemies and demand respect from their allies." He closed his eyes and leaned back a little, envisioning the powerful heir's they had produced.

Stretching out Adalia begins to groom the cubs, grinning inwardly as she hears them complain in their little voices, once shes satisfied they are clean, they begin to push and shove one another and growl, their movements still uncoordinated and clumsy, soon they tire, so Adalia nudges them back to her belly with her hind paw and settles down to allow them to nurse once more.

Adalia gets to her paws and noses the pups to follow her, their eyes have opened by now and are steady on their paws, they have doubled in size, and follow silently behind their mother.

Devan stood proud near his mate and their heirs. "Their names shall be Azaral and Alameth" He said, looking at his mate. "I think they are fitting"(sorry it took so long >< brain farts)

Having groomed them till their coats shined in the sun, Adalia looked upon her family with pride, she could see too that their boys were proud of their chosen names and they stood a little taller.
"Few more months and we will take them along for their first hunt, you have been practicing your stalking skills haven't you boys?" Azaral and Alameth nodded their heads in response.

Devan chuckled a little. "They are our sons. Their hunting skills will be grand" He looked at the pups, proudly. "Your first hunt will be exhilarating. The feeling of sinking your teeth into your prey...feeling the life drain from the creature..." A smirk played over his lips, his eyes glowing a little.

Adalia went off hunting alone, she separated a young buck from its damn, nudging and pushing she brought the buck to her boys for them to practice on, sitting to the side she watched as Azaral, chased the young animal and expertly tripped the buck with his paw, as the animal came crashing to the ground Alameth lunged and clamped his jaws around the young bucks throat cutting off its air supply, with a deep cold growl Azaral stepped up the the bucks stomach and viciously scored his claw from chest all the way down, slicing it open, the scent of warm fresh blood and meat fills the air he lunges in with his muzzle and pulls out the heart, Azaral takes a small bite then offers the heart to Alameth, he to takes a bight then he carries it to his mother and father dropping it at their paws and steps back to his brother, with a satisfied cold stare Adalia eats her share and pushes the last bight to Devan.
"Well done my little darlings, it wont be months after all, tomorrow your father and I shall take you on your first pack hunt."

Adalia Sat in front of her dresser mirror in a light silken gown, she pulled a brush through her hair several times before setting it down. The rooms only like came from a few candles and the glow from the fore place. Her boys were down the hall in their own rooms asleep for the night. She stood and stared longingly at the door for her mate before she made her way to their over sized bed and climbing up onto it, reaching to the bedside table she grabbed a book titled Tales of the Lunares and opened it to the third chapter she began to read.

Devan walked to the room, trying to be silent as he peeked in to watch Adalia for a moment. He smiled as he entered the room and walked to the bed, his mate already deeply immersed in the book. He crawled onto the bed, his hand playfully tracing up her thigh as he moved to lay beside her

She smiled to herself once he entered their room forcing herself to keep her eyes on the page in her book, the feel of his hand warm over her skin caused her to breath in deeply, setting her book down, she turned onto her side so she would face Devan, she traced the outline of his strong jaw as her features seemed to soften from having him near.

He smiled and kisses her softly, his hand tracing over her hip, resting gently on her rear. "Mm I've missed spending time with you my mate" He whispered, pulling her closer against him

Adailia shifted so her gown didnt pull at her shoulder as she snuggled closer when he pulled her to him. Licking her lips after their kiss with a grin.
"I bet you have" She teased wile looking up at him, her head cradled in the crook of his arm, her hand caressing his neck and shoulder.
