Well in that case might I make another suggestion? I would like to make the vizard exile group a evil group wanting to destroy the soul soiety and the ones that stay are good vizards

Kaji's main plan is to destroy the soul society and the traitor vizards that stay in the soul society and will do anything to do so. If that makes cutting a deal with the hollows he will, but offically he is not with the hollows, but is also not against them. Like a mutral allience.

Okay. 2 diffrent ideas. First

Storyline: Many years have passed scince the battle with aizen and all the shingami who fought lost their powers going past their natural limit trying to defeat the espada and aizen, tosen, and, gin. Although their powers are only temporarily (for about 5,000 human years or so. The only powers they still contain is the no ageing and very weak kidou.) They need shinigami to fill their place so new recruits are taken in under the leader of the thirteen court guard squads. Vizards are now able to join the sqauds, but unable to become captain, due to trust issues. The sqauds are being decided and all is well. Little do they know, that a great trouble is coming about in hueco mundo. Before Aizen, and his henchmen died, he had a project in process. He had a number of ultimate espadas hiding among the arrancars pretending to be the weaker ones. Ther range from -1 to -20 and they are at leats 5 times stronger than the last espada. Scince the World of Hueco mundo wass destroyed (used as a place to get rid of the hogyuku by shattering it creating a huge blast) the espadas decide to, once again, to take over the human world and kill all of the soul reapers, avenging their beloved master, Aizen. Also having to fight the annoying arrancars and hallows, The soul reapers now have to prepare for a much more intense battle to save the world of the living, and themselves.

This is just an idea to get this guild name out

We go to towns each dressed in the same outfit (something cheap that we can all wear) so we attract attention and yell something like "DO YOU LIKE BLEACH? WELL JOIN BLEACH SOULS OF FIRE!!" And go to the rally and do the same thing. Then hollywood. And so on. We could like set it up on a saturday (mabye the saturday after the next because some people are busy on the saturday before halloween) and have all the guild members set aside some of their day (I have a life outside gaia too ya know) too participate. This would be a great way to get our name out and with 14 diffrent people yellin the same thing, they will just have to join.

no on the first idea since the head captain is a vizard....at the moment there are two types of vizards. Good vizards who choose to stay with the soul society and evil who follow me and will destroy the soul society.

Yeah the story is kinda set now and really I need first arc ideas more than back/starter story. For the dress thing I don't want to make it a requirement to dress the part because other guilds do that and members might be involved with those guilds but if you would like i would say the basic black kimono and black hakama (Yes I know this is probably spelled wrong.) The white kong fu panda belt and any kind of white coat for the shinigami. I need to come up with espada and vizard stuff later because now I have to be off to work.
Also I will have a guild mule set up by Monday at the latest for all of us to put gold into to be able to help others with dress and have contests and what not.
Oh and I will have everyone's profiles approved by tonight. Work sucks and so does school if you know what I mean.
Oh and yeah snow that what I figured you were going to do with the vizards so ok and Rain if you are going to do any bleach discussions and stuff please run it by me and put it in the OOC forum Thanks.

Rain's idea is good , atleast there will be a storyline event, just to make the guild more active. And Snow's idea pretty good but try not to make a fuss between both vizards battle each other. And take this note, Vizards are one of the shinigami's when they werent under hollowfication. so that would be a rather hard for us to understand that plot. so snow please make it more interesting than just that plot. How about put it as Vizards Came in the seireitei as they just want to find a solution for the causes of the Bad vizard's Mind control Bug.

we should make it like Resident evil, where a human cult known as the Las Illuminados becomes infected by parasites and in this case start feeding on souls an raise an army and its up to the soul society to destroy them

Sorry, I'm not part of this guild, but here's an idea for you.
There was a hollow born into Hueco Mundo. This particular hollow is microscopic in size, and is very hard to sense because it has a weak reiatsu. However, this particular hollow has three special qualities that makes it probably the most dangerous hollow to ever come into existence.
1) This hollow can enter the body of anyone and attach itself to their brain. Be it Shinigami, Vizard, Human, Quincy, or Arrancar.
2) It affects the brain in such a way that the host's natural aggression is magnified and increased beyond control. Once this happens the host is unable to distinguish friend from foe and attacks everything on sight.
3) The hollow feeds off the brain and multiplies itself at an astounding rate. The multiples then leave the host to find their own. Each one of the multiples has the same abilities as the original.
Prolonged exposure can result in the host losing their brain functions. After all, it is feasting on the brain.
That was the idea that I had. When I thought about it I pictured a large outbreak, kind of like a plague.
