Much better graphics, much more to do, reliving the old days of Pokémon, the pokéwalker feature (if you don't wash yours by accident). I just like it. But then, I love the Johto region. In summary, just go look at this: http://www.serebii.net/heartgoldsoulsilver/

I had it clipped to my Gym shorts and forgot to take it off and it got washed and died. Thankfully I got my glacion back though. There's some weird button combo you can use

thnx guyz i just practicaly beat her ugh so intence lolz and no i think silver and gold are basicly the same and about the worth of gettin them i got mine cuz i just lik playin them it dont really matter to me if they the same thing or not just as long as ther are cute pokemon

Dewgong if you can get one might not be bad. It can learn ice moves and is fairly fast.

When I beat claire I used My feraligatr with ice fang and dragon claw.
I also had nidoking as a poison backup
and a furret decoy for when things got bad.
the others just did what they could.
funny thing, the only time I ever had problems with a gym leader is when I was 7,(I was playing the original pokemon gold) and I couldn't beat Jasmine. Since then I've loved steel types( mainly because my steelix beat hers.)

I've never had a problem beating a gym leader.
It's always the E4.
ALWAYS!
Even now I am having problems beating the champion because my pokemon are completely wiped when I get to him.
