She rolled her eyes, "of course you misread..." She grumbled. Kikio sighed softly and pressed her back against the trunk, "No, I joined because they did. It was either that or I had to work at a stupid old shop with my mother. I'd rather fight then sit around doing nothing. But they said I either join the military or do that."

"She sounds like a wonderful person." She smiled and looked at the sky, "I was hoping to fight in the army but after my father died, I became apart of the Royal guard to fill his place." She laughed softly, "It's not as great as it sounds actually."

Ria woke up, to find herself in wulong. She was exzausted from puhing the boat. She tip toed out, and onto the beach, to the fire benders. She nodded to Lady Kioko. "Hello." she said, unsure why the heck they were'nt going to get Jet to the palace. "Why did we leave the fire nation?" do you need to run from the fire lord, cause you tryied to help?" Ria asked, afraid that she was the cause.

Above by miles on end, a sky bison flew, and upon his head, an unknown man sat. Obvious to any who saw the Bison, he was an Airbender...This he knew, so he made sure to stay above the clouds, dipping to find the town, and counting the distance between him and the miniature maze below... One-hundred Seven, one-hundred eight... "Fly for another sixty seconds, Ezera. After that I want you to drop anywhere you see fit. I will call for you again." The man said. He leaned down and kissed his Bison's fuzzy skull, before sliding off. He straightened his body, staring at the ground as he fell. He held his staff along his back, making it seem like he was tied to the stake. Below the clouds cleared, and the brown mesh known to the world as the Wulong FOrest.

The man opened his glider, and was whipped upwards, flatlining his form. He saw his Bison drop in the distance, and knew no one would notice in the night sky. As he circled a towering rock column, he saw minature figures below, unnoticible upon first glance...

He skidded to a halt on the rock. His eyes stared at the figures below. A chill ran across his skin as he felt the cool breeze cross him. His dark skin bumped with goose-bumps, not from the cold, just from the excitement he felt.

A craft? Unmarked... I know I should move for Omashu...The Fire Nation must be brought down...By the Earth Kingdom, since I'm here. He thought, and he stepped off the ledge. Perhaps these people will help me? He thought.

The idea sent more shivers from his back, causing him to release his glider, and he landed 12 feet above. And again the thought occured to him. A sickened lurch came from his stomach, but it was pushed back by intense excitment.

Kikio glanced over at Luo then at the airbender. An uneasy feeling grew in the pit of her stomach as stood beside 'Tang'. She smiled, though, at the stranger, trying to seem friendly.

Ria walked over to the airbender. "Hello." she said, knowing that the fire benders didn't like him. "I would enjoy it if you left my friends alone. They had a son, who died. They are quite sad." said Ria, her eyes sad. sheturned back to Kiko, and whisoered in her ear, the story she had made up.

Colonel Luo sighed softly and yawned. He was beginning to feel sore and tired. He took out the wanted poster he stole and looked it over. In Chinese, it said:

Luo gasped when he noticed something. "The Royal Seal says 'By the decree of Fire Lord Pao Nao!'"
