"sounds like if you were trying to protect someone and you jumped infron of them..." shadow laughed and did as he said but she had a bit of trouble with the lineing up.

Ryuu laughed too..."Pretty good shadow...Second thing to learn would be the reverse punch...Its basically a straight punch but you rotate your hand as you punch to create energy making the punch stronger...Rotate your hand so your nuckles are on top...Your only striking your opponent with the first two nuckles..." Ryuu said demonstrating it slowly so shadow could see what he was doing...

Shadow eyes locked on aki and her yes swemed to observe it like a computer. Shadow was a good observer when she wanted to. "Could you show me one the punching bag?" shadow asked joyfully.

"Sure..." Ryuu said...He moved to a different punching bag since he broke the chain on the other one and struck it a few times, slowly at first then faster and harder..."Simple enough right?" Ryuu asked as he turned back to Shadow...
Kuroi got up and headed out of the gym...

Shadow was at his side by the time her turned around. "Yeah...kinda I'm not exactly sure about only punching with your 2 knuckles it seems wierd. I'll give it a try though." shadow said as she walked over to a punching bag. Then she punched but not on the punching bag on nothing reall so she could so she could see if she was doing it right.

"The reason we only hit with the two biggest nuckles is because the area is more centralized causing the opponent more pain because its a smaller area...sounds wierd but it works..." Ryuu said as he watched Shadow...

"Yay" shadow siad as she tackled aki down to the ground in a hug. Then she grew a smirk on her face and pined him dwon.

Ryuu laughed...He pulled shadow off of him gently..."When did this turn into a wrestling match? I thought I was teaching you the basics of Karate..." Ryuu joked as he got to his feet...

Ryuu laughed..."Yeah..." Ryuu said with a smile..."I think that's enough lessons for now...I have to go and get a new chain for this punching bag..." Ryuu said..."I'll see you around Shadow..."
Just as Ryuu was about to headout Kuroi walked into the Gym with a chain for the punching bag in his mouth. Ryuu stopped and watched Kuroi walk up to him and set the chain down at his feet...Ryuu smiled at Kuroi, bent down, pet him, and then picked up the chain...
"Never mind then...I guess I'm staying here...Thanks Kuroi..." Ryuu said as he began to take off the broken chain and attach the new one to the bag...
Kuroi barked,"Your welcome Ryuu..."

"wolfy!" shadow ran up to wolf huged then peted him. "I got you a gify woly!" shadow siad now bursting with joy and ebrgy the way she usauly got around animals. Shadow took out a small brown bag of treats. They were home made. Although she could cook idealy she was best at cooking treats or food for animals like she is in healing them. She took out one and siad "Try one?" she asked now on her knees to become level with wolfy.

"Hi Shadow...A treat for me?" Kuroi barked happily...He wagged his tail...He sniffed the treat but before he took it he looked up at Ryuu as if asking him if it was ok...Ryuu nodded to Kuroi...Kuroi wagged his tail faster as if thanking Ryuu and then he gently took the treat from Shadow and ate it, savoring every bite..."Thank you Shadow...That was good! I can't remember the last time I had a treat!" He barked as he wagged his tail...He gently licked her cheek to thank her...

Shadow giggled. "Thank you!" shadow siad over joyed that wolfy liked the treat. Shadow peted wolfy one more and got up and handed the small bag to aki."Theres only 4 left. Didnt want to over load it." she siad smileing at aki. "If you every want more for wolf I'll happily make it after all i make all my partners thier own speical food and treats. Its all heath but the treats are little fatting. just a little. the food I make is fat free thuogh." shadow siad as she wiped her cheek off.
