As a former Yaoikage, she knows ALL Danshoku-jutsu, forbidden and not. She willingly offers up her body and abilities (temporarily) to Shane Uzumaki when he employs his Rinnegan, lapsing into a coma while he is in control.

Background: Kind of a mystery. She's been retired from her kage position for so long now, that people have kind of let her fade from their immediate memory... or it was manipulated...
Like anything from the edge of memory, most people only recognize her for who she is once she introduces herself.

Once recognized, she drops the sweet mystery act and acts bright, easygoing, funny, and tend to say things like, "You caught me!" or "Kyahaha~!". I'd compare her personality to a mix of Anko and Tsunade, with a little bit of Ryuichi from Gravitation thrown in. Kind of sassy, but also pretty cool. Likes to nickname people.

She designated Shane Uzumaki as Yaoikage upon her unexpected leave. With a big smile, her last words before leaving Danshokugakure were, "Uzu-kun, take care of 'em all."

Appearance: Silver-haired and mysterious. Will laughingly don a pink kage hat with a red "EX-" scribbled sloppily before the kana when outed as the former Yaoikage. Likes to wear things to disguise her appearance, but does it badly.

Kekkei Genkai: Gaikotsu Dairokkan(Skeletal Sixth Sense): This jutsu affects the eyes of the Mekagami clan. Upon activation, the eyes take a solid, reflective silver color that seems to reflect nothing. This allows the Mekagami clan to scan the surrounding area for skeletons of any kind, whether in a living person or not, or even buried, for up to a mile deep. This eye also has the ability to place a 'tracking chakra' on a person's bones that cannot be sensed by anyone other than the Mekagami clan. This allows the user to find anyone that has been marked with this chakra, but can only go on one person at a time.

Creations:
Skeleton Reanimation no Jutsu: A skeleton is given its mind back, along with the ability to think for itself. This ability will allow the user to have allies other than his normal team. Also, the user is capable of creating up to three skeletons. Any more than three, and it is considered a forbidden jutsu, which risks him getting kicked from his home village. Each of the skeletons can use any jutsu that Haru can use, as they are gifted his chakra. They cannot use the jutsu they had from their original body unless combined with an unnamed forbidden jutsu, which Haru is currently trying to locate.

Skeleton Meld no Jutsu: This ability allows Haru to take incomplete skeletons(missing several bones, etc.) and meld them into a single weapon. This can vary from swords, to scythes, to axes, etc, etc.

Ninjutsu: Skeletonian Eye: This jutsu affects the eyes of the Mekagami clan. Upon activation, the eyes take a solid, reflective silver color that seems to reflect nothing. This allows the Mekagami clan to scan the surrounding area for skeletons of any kind, whether in a living person or not, or even buried, for up to a mile deep. Skeleton Manipulation Styles: This allows Haru to create objects from bone. The styles are:

Skeletal Summon no Jutsu: Haru uses four skeletons he has kept in scrolls. These skeletons are specialized.

Skeleton 1: Bakuhatsu(Explosion): This skeleton is used when attacking head-on. It wields a jutsu-encrypted axe that creates explosions whenever it attacks an object.
Skeleton 2: Genso(Elemental): This skeleton wields a katana that can generate elements from it, but only one at a time. This means if it is summoned to do fire-style, the only attacks it can do are fire style until it is returned to its scroll and resummoned.
Skeleton 3: Akumu(Nightmare): This skeleton is a barrier style skeleton, and comes in four parts(two legs, two arms). These are placed by the other skeletons in a square and once placed, a skull is centered in the middle of the square area. This is the center point of the barrier, and is protected by a small barrier that is weak to fire.
Skeleton 4: Jin(Rapid): This skeleton is a travel skeleton and is not used during fights unless it is to flee. It has the speed twice that of a regular ninja. The biggest downfall to this jutsu is it takes three days to recharge, along with 24 hours of sleep.
Background: Haru was born in Takinogakure. His father, Fuyumaru Mekagami, was the town's jutsu specialist when it came to dealing with the corpses and removal of any jutsu implanted upon them. His mother, whom died at birth his birth, had not been a kunoichi in her life. She had owned a shop which specialized in creating weapons, such as kunai and shuriken. Haru grew up not wanting to be a ninja in the first place, but his father was stern and demanded it.

Sometime during his starting of school, Haru learned of a cult that his family worshipped. This cult worshipped a demon known as Sin, who was said to be the most powerful of the demons, who were classified as an Aeon, or High-ranked demon. His enemy was supposedly an Eidolon named Phoenix. At the age of ten, a ritual was performed, and Haru was its subject. The aeon that the Mekagami clan had worshipped so was placed in the body of this boy, who now was their future heir. Haru had no clue what they had done, nor who Sin was. All he knew was a voice haunted his mind now.
Personality: Haru is very reserved. He does not talk much, but gives off a very innocent aura(in better terms, the typical yaoi uke). He is always willing to go out of his way to help others, and loves anyone. His likes are: Ramen, Dango, rice, smiling, the rain, his friends, the rain. His dislikes include any seafood, along with anyone who hurts his friends.

Sin, on the other hand, is cruel and violent. Sin is Haru's incarnation of everything he's wanted to say, wanted to do, wanted to have that he couldn't for one reason or another. He refuses to back down from a fight, and is ruthless in every aspect of his attacks.
Appearance: Haru has an emerald eye color, and cerulean hair. He is approximately five foot, nine inches tall and weighs around one hundred sixty pounds. He has a scar from the first time he used a kunai on his left shoulder, but this seems to be fading out finally. His eyes normally emanate a calmness from them, even during battle. The only time they do not emanate this calm aura is when his almost geminian personality, Sin, kicks in.

Sin is the only of the two who wears the mask seen above. It is formed from his skeleton-related jutsu, and seems to form on its own, as if triggered by something. The mask itself is between white and yellow in color, the yellow fragments being colored this way from age. Both Haru is toned, but not 'muscular'.

Rank: Wanderer between the villages. Wouldn't say no to an ANBU position, as long as she didn't get distracted by males making out first.
Style: Taijutsu. Yui has never been able to cast a genjutsu in her life, and relies heavily on her close combat techniques and the ninjutsu of her kekkei genkai and water/earth style chakra.
Clan: Pnum of Sunagakure
Kekkei Genkai: Not activated by word or hand seal - only accessible through the seals on her legs. The Pnum clan holds the ability to manipulate their water/earth style chakra into bubbles varying in physical state. Those of the clan who inherit the kekkai genkai are marked on their limbs with a seal to separate it into stages: the first stage letting them, by varying the temperature of chakra leaving their bodies, use the moisture in the air to produce bubbles of water in any state - water vapour, liquid water or ice. Able to manipulate their shape, Yui can make weapons and projectiles of ice to fight with or send bubbles of condensed water vapour silently into her opponent's lungs, where she can then change their state to liquid and effectively drown them. Yeah, she's a b***h.
In the second stage, Yui can use her earth-style chakra and the soil/sand/vegetation in the ground to create bubbles of solid matter. She mainly uses this stage to gather large amounts of matter and drop it on her opponent.
Yui hasn't unlocked the third stage of her kekkai genkai yet. She hasn't heard of it being done in the history of her clan, and the Suna sealers who created the key to it - realising that a few of the Pnum clan retained great yet seemingly inaccessible power - have never discovered the purpose behind the third and smallest circle in the seal. The kekkai genkai skips a generation, so Yui's parents do not have it.

Background: Yui grew up the child of two academy teachers in Sunagakure, trained to be a kunoichi, reached chuunin level easily with her kekkai genkai, and decided to hell with it. She wanted to be a journalist. The threat of war between ninja villages always seemed to be preceded by a misunderstanding between them, so Yui left her village to create the most reliable, trustworthy information network she could from a neutral standpoint unaffected by a biased alliance to one village. Her wandering years have been peaceful though, so she started making her living reporting small stories and photographing for gay magazines. Lately she has been considering returning to her village to apply for the ANBU, as the position involves information gathering.
Personality: Happy-go-lucky but notoriously perverse. She blurts inappropriate things out in battle (fully believing that her self-coined 'DISTRACTION NO JUTSU' will one day work), talks a lot, and, although quick to anger when she sees something she deems immoral or is denied viewing of buttsecks, Yui finds happiness in the little things in life. The only time she is quiet is when she is eating.
Appearance: Short blonde hair, red ovals on cheeks, and three distinct circles on the side of either leg. She wears her headband on her hips because she is conceited enough to believe no-one can land a mark on her face. That and her shorts slipped down when she first bought them, and she couldn't find a belt without a graphic buttsecks scene printed on it. The academy did not appreciate any of the thirteen belts they had to confiscate from her, and she did not appreciate her handiwork being burnt by horrified teachers.
