If I had the money, I would likely go for Painter IX [9] but... well, I don't. xd Plus I like 7 as it is. surprised

Painter Classic has been for some time included with Wacom tablet bundles. Don't know what's up with that right now, but I know older tablets [my original Graphire and my current Intuos2 I've had for 2 years] had it bundled. No idea if they have a page for the classic version, which is a lite version of Painter, really.

I need to add in some fo my coloring tricks I use now. Probably make a new one with those. Like how I can manage to make rainbowness with good shadows. xd

I use OpenCanvas as well, but version 4.06.
It's much better than all the other versions, I think.

I use openCanvas myself ^_^ I've got three versions on my laptop ... XD

1.0, 3 plus, and 4 plus. 4 plus has some irritating bugs, which is why I still HAVE 3 plus. I love all the tools in 4 plus, you just ... can't save files as photoshop for some weird reason x_x; So you have to save as oci, then go to 3 plus to resave if you want it in psd format. *shrugs* There's a few more things but ... anyway.

4 plus is like a scaled-down and combined version of Photoshop and Painter. ^__^
