I'm sure he'll pull through, and if he doesn't, then we're still going to be here for you to help you through it. I know how tough it is when a pet is sick and there's the chance of it being put down, so there's else to say really, other than keep hoping<3.

Everyone, he passed away, I could really use the comfort and help you guys could give me, because this is so hard for me -___-

I'm guessing it was Canine Distemper, which has symptoms that include seizures among other things and is almost always fatal. It wouldn't have mattered if you took your pet into the vet or not as there absolutely no treatment at all period once the animal has it. As horrible as it probably sounds, sometimes putting the animal down really is the only viable option when you consider the alternatives.
Sorry if that does not sound super mushy sympathetic but for myself, I do gain some level of comfort in knowing that I really did absolutely everything that I could have done.
