Hotaru sighed and put her face in her hands. "You know Ai I’m really not in the mood for one of your tantrums..." she sighed again and then sipped her tea.”That’s why he wouldn’t trust you with someone’s life... You flake out to much, go from happy to crying for days about something" Hotaru spoke softly and shook her head. "Its quite stomach churning actually"

"We'll geez Hotaru not all of us can be emotionless Zombies," She said rolling her eyes Crossing her arms, "I have been this way ever since I can remember and it never bothered you before, or maybe it did nd you never told me about it....." She sighed that her friend had kept her feelings in for so long. Was she really that much of a bother to the two of them? Had her Emotions wavered out of control? Was that all apart of her past? Were they connected?

"Ai, when you care about someone you put up with there bullshit! But someone can only take an emotional mess for so long" Hotaru's violet eyes studied her friend. "Im no emotional zombie, but you have to know when to much is to much and when its a bad time to crumble"

Ai brushed a hair behind her ear and listened to her friend, "I'm sorry, I had no idea, that I was such a mess." She sighed looking down at the ground. After a few moments, she looked up, "You should probably head back Kai was very upset that you weren't home, and that girl could probably use your healer powers." She said looking out the window towards the castle.

Hotaru shook her head. "I dont feel like going back yet" she said with a soft sigh. "Plus if something was really wrong Im sure he would have gotten her to a healer by now"

Tension was building, you could practically cut threw it with a knife. Ai was afraid to say anything and get her friend upset. This was Hotaru's Holiday and she didn't want things to get out of hand. Her heart felt a sudden ache. Something was going on at the house... She just shook it off. 'That isn't my place anymore' she told herself....

Kitty glanced over to see the two girls looking a bit ockward. She smiled cheerfully as she walked back over to the two. "You know girls its the holidays! You really should be smiling more"
Hotaru let out a small forced laugh before she took another sip of tea. "Much easier said than done" she added softly.

Ai smiled she was right, "OH I brought these!" She said holding out A basket, she pulled out a plate of sweet holiday treats. "Please enjoy some." she smiled offering Kitty one.

"Why thank you!" Kitty said with a smile as she picked up a cookie. "I must admit Im a sucker for sweets!" she laughed as she shook her head softly.
"What about me?" came a small voice from behind Ai.

Ai turned around, "I think you should ask your mommy." She smiled. Ai was such a sucker for kids. She always daydreamed about her and Kai's child XD but we all know that would never happen....

Luna happily scrambled up the stool and sat on her knees. She smiled to Kitty who let out a soft sigh.
"You know you’re supposed to be in bed" she said with a smile as she poked Luna's nose.
"I couldn’t sleep!" Luna cheered as she tried to push Kitty's hand away. "So I came down to get some milk... and I found you here eating cookies!!" she squealed with delight at the thought of cookies. "Please mommy!!"
Hotaru's eyes grew wide as she watched the little girl. Her mind began to race with thoughts as she shakily took a cookie.

Ai looked to the little girl, "I don't think any harm could come of her tonight after all we are all here and it's Christmas eve." Ai smiled, she looked to Hotaru who was shaking a bit. "Hotaru!" She said taking her cookie "I wanted that one," she joked eating the cookie, "I had the dark rose ones made you for." She said handing her the Sugar cookie that looked like a purple rose.

"Oh!" Hotaru said softly as Ai took the cookie from her. Gently she took the rose cookie and studied it for a moment before biting into it.
"I guess so" Kitty said with a smile.
Before the words were out of Kitty's mouth Luna had stuffed hers with cookies. She mummbled something that couldnt be understood with all the cookies filling her mouth.
"Hey!" Kitty said sternly as she watched Luna. "One at a time and dont talk with your mouth full" she scolded gently as she placed a cup of milk infront of Luna.
After a large gulp Luna smiled. "I said there good!" she said with a giggle. She went to reach for more cookies, but Kitty gently pushed the plate away.
She only looked at Luna and the little girl sighed.
"May I?" she asked softly with a small pout forming on her face.

Ai gave the girl an anime styled love hug, "Omg! She is she is so cute." She smiled "Of course you can." Ai smiled, she loved kids so much she was such a mother like figure. "I have never met you before, My name is Ai what is yours?" She asked the girl.

"UIMIH Lingouhj" came out of the small girls mouth as she forced in more cookies.
"Luna!" Kitty scolded with another glare.
The little girl chewed slowly and then gupled down the cookies. "Im Luna..." she said with a small pout.
"And Luna will not be having any more cookies" Kitty added as she leaned on the counter. The snow outside had started to pick up and Kitty let out a soft sigh.
Luna took a long sip of her milk as she watched her mother. "Mommy doesnt like the snow" she told Ai plainly with a smile.
"Cant say I blame her..." Hotaru said softly as she finished her tea.
