Challenging authority is important. Buddha requested that we challenge authority, even his own. Meaning, all ideas are valid, if logical and reasonable. Hold no man an idol, that leads to idiocy and laziness.

And its that kind of thinking that is the reason post-modernism exists. There is truth in ideas. Not all ideas are valid. You know that fat shithead's "truism" to be on the contrary; False.. You have dis-proven this in the way you act. You cling helplessly to your ******** ideas that the world is just going to give up money. What worse is that you think it can happen in one country. You accept no other alternative because you find your belief to be the right one. You obviously didn't work for it. No economic specifics. No science, no philosophy. And its rightfully so. Now that you have found your truth, there is no more work to be done. No. Lets go further. You don't want to work, you don't want to act, you don't want to formulate a plan because you don't want to admit that you could be wrong. You don't want to see if the result is positive because that takes work. And work is something lazy people don't like to do, or perhaps, something idiots are incapable of doing.

Now to deal with the general nature of this thread. It is a Hero has pointed out. Rebellion against authority is authority. That's what a revolution is: where one part of society imposes its will upon the other. Yes authority should be questioned, but to not participate in it is stupid.

You know nothing of Buddha. You are thinking of Amitabha Buddha, the Jesus of Free Land Buddhism. I am talking about Siddhartha, the original, intellectual altruistic Buddha.

Your idea is incorrect in that you assume things true that are not. Hence a logical fallacy. Note that I said that ideas, to be valid, have to be logical and reasonable to be considered. You're pretty much just spewing hate-speak riddled with logical fallacies, including but not limited to ad hominem, straw man, red herring and false cause.

I will now direct you to my prior posts.

I am standing in a room. I am not moving. The World is Flat, The Earth Is the center of the Universe.... all valid under your conditions for they are logical and reasonable.

Your pretty much spewing horrible philosophical bullshit...and I love philosophy... Why not use some Spinoza or Kant or preferably ALTHUSSER OR BADIOU XP

He's got a point Divine, Kant sucks A LOT less than Buddha..

However he is trying to provide an example of how that which may not be true may be deduced logically and appear truthful based off of one's perception and the available evidence of their surrounding environment despite these deductions not necessarily being true. For the man in the room to realize his logically deducted conclusion were incorrect would require that the man have evidence for a circular non-terra-centric universe which would not be available from the available evidence of his environment [the room]. Therefore what you say only justifies that one can only deduce logical conclusion from available evidence and the limits of the perception even if the conclusions are proven incorrect when more evidence or a wider perspective become available.

You haven't really proven anything against what SoViEtTaNkT-72 wrote.

It's interesting that you make the argument considering that you, despite being presented with overwhelming evidence, continue to support your belief that the world will just give-up money and the workers will unite without any bloodshed.

And he is failing. The idea that only certain people have credibility is a valid idea as well, though I disagree and give evidence and reasoning to the contrary. Namely, we are all nobodies when we are born. You or I may well be the next Christ or Marx or Hitler. So take no man's words for granted and hold no man an idol. Think for yourself but stay open to new ideas.

My idea is, then, just as valid as any other. You tend to cite sources for why violence is the only way, and shut me down based on the fact that I have not published books and died in my 70's. Listen to my words, and don't go on what you've been taught. I listen to yours, and I can see the merit. You don't know how badly I want to go on a rampage with a heavy machine gun and a shitload of explosives. But going on basic psychology and socioeconomic conditions, it's not going to get us anywhere in terms of our larger picture goals, even if it's organized and planned.

Is this more of your 'they will call us terrorists!' crap?

And do you know why we cite sources? Because they work. It isn't because we consider them infallible, but because we recognise that 99 times out of one hundred, they were correct. and the one time they were incorrect was because they had incorrect data to work with. THAT is why we use them. Not because we worhi them, but because we have been convinced that they know their s**t.

You have not convinced anyone, however, that you know anything at all.

Im standing on the Earth and the Sun rotates around me making us the center. It is logical and reasonable arguement for you do not need scientific theory/analysis for bullshit Buddha

The Earth is flat due to human depth perception and lack of seeing 3D. It is our perception as human beings that naturally states the world cannot possibly be round. Since humans cannot see.

I love how you didnt use the first 2 lol

Personally if your going to use philosophy dont pull the logic s**t cause you know thats the only branch that has a right or wrong answer... but of course you can make an answer such as "Brushing your teeth with Oreo's is better then with toothpaste" be perfectly logical but has no basis in reality.

Hardly failing for you have yet to disprove that I am moving or not moving miles per second or that the sun doesnt rotate around the Earth. Based on Human perception these are quite logical arguments. Im sure your Buddha would agree with the world being flat during his time period.

You gave no such evidence against such facts and even then its my REASONABLE PERCEPTION and LOGICAL CONCLUSIONS (which dont have to be fact driven just fit a logic formula).

idc if you have or havent published anything. Your seem to be waaaaaaaay too humanist for my taste but thats me.

What branch of Psychology? Behaviorism has been limited due to Humanist Bourgeois ideology same with Determinism. How about Psychological tests that need the subject to be notified its taken place... aka skewing the studies results even before it starts. Even Cognitive is limited by Bourgeois ideology.
