If you look at the attack the description is significantly changed, highwind and I had a conversation last night and made revisions to it. From what I could tell he is cool with it now, but I had best not speak for him just in case he has something else to say.
as for the safe cracking thing i could do that, my glove (off hand glove, not claw) is suppose to be a 'bag of tricks' so to speak, I'm sure he could make a master key out of some s**t in there.

Dues Ex Machina hand aside, I'd really like somebody who can make refined deep burns and it seems a finger sized version of your attack might be the key. Would be nice to be able to cut through glass, walls, etc without having to bring in outside equipment.

I don't notice anything out of whack; it's a thumbs up from me.

Edit: Although the reaction-speed enhancing ability is probably not suitable for being a Genin ability. Since he's Jounin rank it's not a big issue for me, but it's definitely not something a Genin should be able to learn or utilize even if it has build-up time. Passive abilities like that typically require a high degree of chakra control of at least Chuunin rank. Not an issue now, but could be an issue if it was taught to someone else; I'd bump it up a rank for that reason.

the whole reason it is passive to begin with aswell as such a lame rank I's because it is his "signature" move. The character in all seriousness created because of this move haha. This is the same reason I wouldn't teach it to anyone. And thanks for reviewing my profile and helping me improve it. If the ability is an issue then I will change the rank but I would prefer I didn't just as to not use use up my available chunnin rank jutsu slot. =__=
