Rachel wasn't listening and kocked Kazuo out of the way. Rachel smashed into the glass, cuting herself and glared at the lady. She held akunai knife and swung it down at the lady to kill her.

"No!" Kazuo said. He ran toward her, grabbing the hand that had the Kuani in it. "Run!" He told the lady. "Rachel." Kazuo said, "Remember who you are!" He peeled the kunai from her hand and threw it away. He held both her wrists in an attempt to restrain her. "She's an idiot, I know, but she doesn't deserve to die." He said, "Come back to me Rachel."

Tears flowed down her face and Rachel fell to her knees again. "p....p..... please, just leave! Just leave me! I don't want to live anymore!" Rachel yelled covering her face with her arms and hands. Her mark disappeared again.

Kazuo shook his head, "Don't say things like that, don't throw your life away." He said, "Unless..." He crouched to go down to Rachel's level. "If you can look me in the eye and TRUTHFULLY, tell me you want me to leave." He compromised, "Then I will." He peeled her hands away from her face, whipping her tears for her with a soft smile, "But if you can't, then you're stuck with me."

Rachel smiled and laughed softly and then hugged Kazuo. "I don't want you to leave and I never wanted to leave, but I needed to get away and sort my thoughts! I love you!" Rachel said standing up and kissing Kazuo.

Kazuo stood when Rachel did. He was glad for her words, though surprised when she kissed him. Slowly his arms wrapped around her, one finding it's way into her hair. His kissed her back, though his feelings for her were real, they frightened him. He broke the kiss, keeping his forehead to hers. "I love you too." He said softly.

"Good. Are we going to go back to the Leaf village then?" Rachel said smiling and keeping her forhead touching his. She had her arms wraped around his shoulders.

Kazuo sighed, "That's going to be annoying." He laughed slightly, "They've probably already labeled me as missing, or worse, rouge." He said with a smirk, "I didn't exactly tell anyone I was going to look for you."

"Nice. I wonder what they'd say if we just showed up there and started walking around like we owned the place. I don't really care if we go back. I still don't like Norio cause he's still a butt." She said smiling. She didn't care where they went as long as she was with Kazuo.

Kazuo chuckled at her remark. "He tries his best. He still has lots to learn, even I know that, but you're right he is a butt." he said. "Where do you want to go?" He asked.

Isamei watched their exchange, and thought about confronting them. Telling them that their assumptions were wrong, and they would be welcomed back to the village with open arms, but he decided against it. They were old enough to take care of themselves. And with love like the kind they shared, there was no way they wouldn't be able to make it in the world, Norio would just have to accept that. He walked away from his hiding spot, and with one last look at his comrades, left the Cloud Village.

Kazuo smiled softly and thought about it for a moment. He narrowed his eyes slightly, "We've both....been treated...unfairly, to say the least. We never thought there was anyone else like ourselves, but we were wrong." His voice started to shift, becoming excited. "What if there are more like us?" He asked, "What if they are treated like out casts? We could round them up, show the villages we aren't to be trifled with."

Rachlel's face brightined. "And then maybe we could make a stand against the ataskui and show them that they can't mess with us anymore!" Rachel said smiling brightly.

Kazuo nodded and held Rachel at arms length, looking into her eyes. "We would be a force to be reckoned with." He said with a smile. "No one would be able to hurt us, to hurt you again."
