I agree with Kyt's third suggestion.
Maybe divide the RP Subforums based on a thematic (Medieval Fight, Fantasy, Romance...) Then, each RP starter would choose the level required (Beginner...) to join that specific RP.
We can also create a Section to share our RPC Profiles filling a complete skeleton which may include preferences (Thematic ones), aptitudes (Beginer...), and the common information required. I think that would be helpful for us to choose our RP partners.
