Comrade Rob King To Be Hailed http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8IGbjPqFFvA This entire speech. I'm doing my best to ignore the previously posted divisionist, capitalist fueled drivel against the Great Stalin. The first time I heard Stalin's voice I was surprised. He does not have the mighty voice that a leader, at the time, I thought should have. But he has a lower, subtly confident voice, the voice of a father steering his son on the right path. Encouraging when it needs to be, empowering in entirety, passionate and pragmatic. He wasn't that much of a speaker, but he knew what he was doing was right, and that tells. It's a voice for a people trapped in fear. Brings a goddamn tear to your eye. crying Too bad he's dead. Get over it. Last bit was sarcastic, sparky.

Was referring to that cult of personality veil you put around Lenin and Stalin. "Great Stalin" "Great Lenin" What the ******** you a Marxist or a Stalinist acolyte?

I've never identified myself as a Stalinist. That said, is there a "personality cult" around Alexander the Great? Or Asoka the Great? Numerous other leaders are given the title Great, and it's not something railed against. If I spoke about the Great Jeff Goldblum, noone would bat an eye.

The way in which you speak about Stalin suggests that you hold him in a very high regard that is borderline zealous. I cannot help but be reminded of the RCP and the cult of personality Avakaian has built around himself by his party's members. King to be Hailed The first time I heard Stalin's voice I was surprised. He does not have the mighty voice that a leader, at the time, I thought should have. But he has a lower, subtly confident voice, the voice of a father steering his son on the right path. Seriously? Also: don't you dare bring Jeff Goldblum into this...

In my mind, that is simply my description of how that speech appeals to me, as a person. It's a damn fine speech. I deny that anything I've said is indicative of the unreasonable devotion you seem to see in me. You also like Jeff Goldblum? He's such a handsome man. In a subtle way. Very distinctive. I was surprised when I found out he only had two stalkers! The man clearly deserves more. He's a dreamboat.

Lenin would have preferred the former over the ladder. Hell, I would stalk Jeff Goldblum if given the chance.....

Your point is a good one. While I believe I've conducted myself regarding those two leaders in the way you speak, I imagine my method of communicating my beliefs has what can be easily interpreted as reverence. I'll make an effort to change my mannerisms.
