I hate it when fans think Twilight is original, and anything having anything to do with vampires is a ripoff of Twilight even if the book was PUBLISHED SEVERAL YEARS BEFORE TWILIGHT.

yeah, I was in the forums on some 'Vampire Diaries' thread and a fan refused to recognise it was ever a book series and it was "JUST SUM TWIGHLIGHT RIPP-OF"

Oh I know right! Even though I haven't seen The Vampire Diaries. they are calling it a ripoff of Twilight. Vampire Diaries was made years, and years, and years before Twilight! And the same with other movies too!!

I burned my copy of Twilight on the bonfire in my backyard for my boyfriend's birthday. I read some of the more glaringly awful parts aloud so the guys could fully appreciate the act, since none of them (except for my boyfriend) had actually read it or watched it. I wish I had made a video of it, but I have no digital camera. Ah, memories...

If you guys haven't come across them yet, I would watch ZaxfromTS and TheBlackPawnMovement. Zax is just unfailingly good at tearing the series down; Black Pawn Movement does RiffTrax-style parodies of twihards' videos (usually telling Antis to shut up). Worth looking into if you haven't already.

Black Pawn Movement is something I've heard about, but haven't looked at yet. *got a semi-life*

Don't worry about it, either. It's a reminder to look that user up for me!

...Also, that fire must have looked pretty darned awesome.

I blame twilight for manythings, one which is that they had Hot Topic sell out to them. And now I'm ashamed to go in there just to get a new belt.

What kind of a reason is that to not talk to someone. D< Great further evidence they're a bunch of retarded ********.
I never saw anyone say other books were a rip off of Twilight. Then again I've been avoiding looking at the threads lately because it hurts my head if I do it a lot. What happened the author went back in time to rip it off years before it came out? That's the only explanation I can come up with. :S
