You know can I share my LEAST favorite eps? Because I got one for every season lol...
Season one:
Bugs: (It was ok until the 'magic sunrise', lol FAIL)
Season two:
Roadkill: (I just didn't like it. It wasn't the normal format of a Supernaural ep, it's was all in real time and.... I just didn't like it talk2hand )
Season three:Sin City: (NOTHING HAPPENED. It was a bunch of talking and.... blah. The only important thing we got out of it was that Ruby magically fixed the Colt in two seconds rolleyes )
Season four:
Family Remians (ONE. GIANT. PLOT HOLE. )

LOL like i said, eight year olds. rolleyes *giggles* Yeah but when they act like children, it's uber adorable. It's good times when that was what they did when they were the most pissed at each other. Now they get into real fist fights =(
No Fun.
I wish they had actually showed them falling off the bed in the episode, rather than just them freeze framing, lol. It would have been hysterical XDDDDDDD

OMG someone posted a comment on the 'I tortured souls and I liked it" video about how they watched the re-run of that ep and when it got to that part they blasted the video in synch with that moment, and annoyed their roommate. I was like 'awesomeness!' XDDDDD

My favorite episode, hands down, was What is and What Should Never Be.
It was just a phenomenal episode. The plot was great, the monster was interesting, and the acting was superb.
That moment when Dean steps back from his mom, looks at his family and says, "I'm sorry" was just so beautiful and emotional. Then he shoves a silver knife into his chest and vomits blood. It was just the perfect switch from emotional to horror, and I loved it.
However, Supernatural is so good that you can't just stop at one episode, so here are my other favorites.
Season 1
Bloody Mary
Ok, so I don't get scared easily, but this episode scared the crap out of me. I don't really know why Bloody Mary was scarier to me than any of the other monsters that season, but it freaked me out.
Scarecrow
I loved the conflict between Sam and Dean and the eventual reunion. Also, this was when we got to meet Meg!
Devil's Trap
JDM as YED. Enough said.
Season 2
In My Time of Dying
Fredric Lehne as YED. Again, enough said.
Night Shifter and Folsom Prison Blues
I love when the boys run afoul of the law.
Season 3
The Kids are Alright
Ben was so cute as mini Dean and I loved the Lisa Dean relationship (my favorite so far, with only Dean/Ana rivaling it).
Mystery Spot
Funny, sad, spooky, adorable. This episode had it all.
A Very Supernatural Christmas
Evil Santa. Enough said.
Season 4
Are You There God, It's Me, Dean Winchester.
The return of several beloved characters.
In the Beginning
Yay for family history!
Metamorphosis
I know a lot of people who didn't like this episode, but I loved it. Also, there were two very dramatic and fantastically acted conflicts between the brothers.
So yeah, those are my top episodes, and it was really hard to narrow it down that far. I don't think there have been any episodes that I haven't liked. I mean, there have certainly been "least favorites" that were not as good as the rest, but they were still more entertaining to watch than pretty much anything else on currently on television.

For some reason a lot of people didn't, and I can't figure out why. But they were great together and Dean even dreamed of being with her. That scene in 'Dream a little Dream of Me' made my heart melt! gonk
And I'm totally agreeing with what you said about "WIAWNSB', It was a magnificent ep. So many genres were packed into it; humor, angst, horror, suspense, emotional, romance, love. It was a beautiful ep, and I think one reason why it was so good was that it was directed by Kripke himself, so it made the ep even more special 3nodding
