Zedd nodded. "They gave me a bit of a rough time on one of my passages. It wasn't a very pleasant experience. Seems I need to learn the ways of a warrior," he said with a laugh.

Zelse blinked, "Facing a Mord Sith; weilding weapons is a breeze! But maybe I just think that because I was trained as a prince before I picked up sorcery." he cuckled, smiling.

Zedd chuckled as well. "Ah yes, the advantages of being born a prince. If only food could be used as weapons, then i wouldn't have much problem learning to wield them!" he said with a sigh. He then brightened up with a thought. "Say have you brought any of those delicious fruits from your land? They're becoming scarce in these parts."

Kamahu shook his head a the question, "My deserts are having a decline at the moment; my sisters are pillaging the local villages, again."
Zelse shook his head, "Reed ate the last on the way here."

Zedd sunk back down in disappointment. "Oh well. Seems like we're all having trouble with our lands then," he stated as he stood up and walked over towards the window. His eyes scanned the streets below rapidly. Turning back towards the others, he crossed his arms; a rare serious look on his face. "Now, how do you think we should proceed in the defense against Rahl's forces?"

"I say we annihilate the People's Palace with elv'in windships and call it good," Kamahu said, a malevolent glint in his eyes.
"Um...My parents don't like getting involved with land-affairs. Let's leave the windships out of it," Zelse said, nervously.

"Is there anything else you guys can come up with? I already have a few small armies in reserve, but it's not nearly enough to take him down. In fact, it's barely enough to slow their advances on the rest of the lands," Zedd stated.

Reed looked to Kamahu, "Don't you have Gerudos that you could use? They hate the Rahl's so they'd be more than willing to fight them, wouldn't they?"
Kamahu nodded, "They would, but my father's the Head Dorf, and he makes those kind of decisions, not me. And I'd rather not have my sisters milling around for these kind of things; they can get pretty obnoxious."

"Yes. Let's not let headache givers run amok in our councils of war. Maybe you can speak with your father about this then, Kamahu?" he asked, picking at a bowl of fruit that was on the table.

Kamahu sighed, "My father is very reluctant to join in on worldly affairs. I could try, but it might take awhile."
"Maybe if he had us pressuring his decision, he might cave," Zelse said, "I'm sure if we had a representative from these lands come tell him exactly what's happening," he glanced to Zedd, "he might be more likely to help, even if it is just loaning us his forces."

"Hmmm...very true. Maybe I should come with you. Maybe I can help persuade him to lend us his soldiers...but we'll probably need more than even he can give," Zedd suggested, losing himself to the thoughts flying through his mind. "If we did go to your father about this, how long do you suppose it would take?"

Kamahu shrugged, "I'd say about two weeks travel time, here to there, no more than three days there, and then another two weeks of traveling back."

'Three days council, huh?" Zedd stated. "Any special transportation needs required for the trip?" he asked as he rummaged for the map of the lands.
