Or not. I think you should try it! THe potatoes are a heart attack in a pan, but totally orgasmic! Just make sure not to overdo the spices, and you'll be ok.

Make sure you use either red or white onion...Vidalia onions are a bit too sweet for the dish. 3nodding

ooh... must resist urget to write out these recepes and try them out.
Sadly enough I CAN cook quite well when I want to.
Maybe these will replace my "usual" recepes that EVERYONE has me cook, Teryaki Chicken and onigiri.

And yet... its the ONE THING my family constantly asks me to cook.
