I think I can remember how you get Mew in Pokemon Red or Blue without a GameShark.

Okay, there are two trainers you must not battle. One of them is beyond Nugget Bridge, but before Bill's house, there's a large amount of people waiting to battle you. You must not to battle the guy trainer that looks North, he stands above a section of two bushes that are connected at the side until further in the game, when you have Fly and can use it between Lavender Town and Cerulean City. The next guy you mustn't battle is the Gambler that points towards the Underground path that leads from Lavender Town to Celadon City.
To start the cheat, enter the Underground path spoken about in the latter. You should save here, because between points in this, there is no saving or any mistakes. Now, exit the Underground path through the door the Gambler is staring at. You shouldn't see him on the screen, yet, but if you take one more step South, he'll recognize you and want to battle. Instead, take a step South and press Start immediately after the command. The Start menu should come up and pause the game. Select a Pokemon with Fly from your party and Fly to Cerulean City. The Gambler will have the bubble above his head showing an exclamation point, but you'll fly away. This is normal. After arriving at Cerulean City, go directly to the trainer in the latter. Make sure that before you go into his line of sight, that you take a few steps North so he has to walk one square to your position. When you engage in battle, be sure you defeat him and Fly to Lavender Town immediately after. After making it to Lavender Town, take the exit to the West (towards the Underground path leading to Celadon City). When you enter to Route, your Start menu will show up, after you close the menu, a level 5 Mew will battle with you. This is your only chance at this cheat, so catch it. This does not glitch your game, unlike the Missingno. and 'M cheats. Mew will be recorded in your Pokedex and you'll have Pokemon #151. Congratulations!

Infinate Safari Zone: Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald ONLY!

Make sure you have the Acro Bike. Find a place to find pokémon. Us B to hop on your bike. Wild pokémon will appear, and you will lose no steps.

The only code I know is the cloning glitch in Emerald, I guess everyone knows that one sweatdrop
