Sam watched him all but run from the room. Did she bite or something. She looked at the cats still sitting in front of her. "Alright... share it" She tossed it to the floor watching as Bakar ran off with it. and Bastet chase

He started, but he didn't. Kyire was actually just outside the doorway, trying to pull a joke on the new friend. Deciding that it wasn't that fun, he poked his head through the doorway. "Just kiddin'." He said, his grin wider as he walked back in the door.

Sam looked up and smiled "I thought you ditched me..." She pushed herself from the counter. "Do you like to swim Kyire?" She smiled "Because i found a place to swim while i was hunting yesterday...Its a bit cold...but you get used to it fast."

"Swim?" Kyire echoed, grimacing thoughtfully. "I haven't really swam before. Is it fun?" He smiled, almost dumbly. If it wasn't that cold, the teal goyal might just enjoy it.

Sam smirked "Yes..very fun... Come on...your gonna go swimming with me... Im not gonna take no for an answer." She shook her head and clasped his hand softly. "You gonna have to fly yourslf... But its this way." Did she just blush? god she did.. She lead him from the room but dropped his hand quite embarrassed.

"Ah, that's fine with me." Kyire smiled, his own face turning red as she grabbed his hand. Pulling it back to his side when Sam let go, his wings twitched with the eagerness to fly. "O... Okay, then... Let's go!" He smiled again, but sheepishly. What was that about?

Sam smied and looked back. "Promise you will follow?" Promise you will follow...what was she a schoolgirl...god she disgusted her self. SHe offered another smile and fluttered out the door. Her wings catching a current and dragged her up. She sighed her wings stiring her toward the small lake. SHe touched down at the nbankand looked at the water. WEll Would he follow. SHe looked up to the sky hopefully. Then jerked her head down...This was because she needed some one to have a bit of fun with...how dare she think she have friends

"Of course." Kyire smiled, his wings twitching again. He took up his own current after the girl, letting the gentle breeze caress his wings before finally deciding to fly. The teal goyal seemed to enjoy the flight, like he did with every flight, and closed his eyes to take in the crisp, winter air. His mind seemed to float on a cloud, and he boy seemed at peace.
Kyire landed on the bank, letting the water soak his feet. It was cold, but not cold enough to cause that much of a sensation. He turned the Sam, smiling. "Yeah, it's not all that cold, really."

?Sam smoled and shook her head "No its not really." She smirked "The basic idea is to not drown..." she flshed a smile and tossed the deer pelt to the ground. HE wings closing in on her back as she dove into the water. She popped back up. "Just always get back to the top..." She smiled "And kick you feet and arms a bit..."

"To not drown..." Kyire echoed, walking deeper into the water, letting the liquid cool him down even more, but it soon warmed him up. "And kick your arms and legs? Like..." He threw punches in the air. "Like training?" He smiled gently.

Sam smiled..."Sort of." She moved closer to him. "Open your hands... now slowly... She moved her arms back and forth. kick your feet lightly and...swim" She smiled and dove back under the water coming up a bit away."Come out deeper... it will be easier..." She smiled. "And i wont let you drown..."

Kyire nodded at Sam's teaching, mimicking her when she showed him how to move his arms under the water. When she pulled away from him and went deeper into the water, the teal goyal panicked. "W-Wait!" He stammered, following suit closely behind her. "It can't be... Safer here!"

Sam smiled "I never once said safe did i?" She smirked "I said easier. Your claws wont reach so it forces you to swim...kinda sink or swim actually." She smirked. Oh it was too fin to pick on people. She perked her ears. "Now what can i say... your doing fine... now that you can tread water lets trim swimming in distance....lean forward and dig your arms in" She demonstrated. "Its fun... try it..." she moved closer so she could catch him if her started sinking too awful far.

Apparently 'dig your arms in the water' turned into 'waterwaterPANICPANICPANIC' to the teal goyal. Kyire flailed about helplessly, somewhat sinking a couple of times before finally staying on the surface for more than two seconds. "Heheh... Well, what do you know, this is kind of--"
Bloop.
The teal gargoyle sank again. This time, it was much further than he had sunken before, and he could feel his feet scraping against the dirty bottom before he tried his best to scream. Only bubbles drifted past him as the air escaped him.
