Who do you think is the most vile character (purely evil or as close as that can be) in the chronicles and why?
Akasha. I think she is the Hitler of vampires.
haahaahaa, I suppose you are a bit right about that. Then again, I still don't find her to be the most vile character because her intentions in all her destruction was to make a better world without men causing war. She's like a femminazi I guess. lol

Who do you think is the most complicated character and why?
Marius, After I read Blood and Gold I'm very confused about him.
I haven't read Blood and Gold yet so I can't comment much on that. I do know that my view off marius never seems to be quite on par with everyone else's view of him. I tend to find him rather minipulative and decietful whereas most other people have a far more positive or romantisized view of him.

Do you find the Theatre des Vampires to be a cruel place, an honest place, a place of trickery...what is your opinion of it?
The Theatre des Vampires scares me. It is a place of darkness and little hope.
I don't know. I find some good characteristics in the place. There is an honesty to it (granted it is hidden in a lot of trickery) in that the Vampires are showing their nature at the theater (to the audience) in a more honest light. Granted they are doing this by implying that they are actors playing vampires instead of vampires being vampires. I find that interesting.

Which character would you have liked to have learned more about...perhaps in a book completely about their life?
I would like to have another book about Louis. Don't get me wrong I love Lestat, I would just like to hear more about the sad little vampire who started it all.
I think Interview did a pretty decent job at summing up Louis and what he is about. I think giving him another book might have come accross as just being filler.
