Kashala Gariel clap!* I'm gonna be doing the same thing! About a month ago these really nice, hard plastic plates came in at work (they're gold and silver, really pretty) and I bought enough of them to make a little christmas-cookie plate for everyone at work ^.^ I'm gonna make peanut butter, chocolate chip, sugar cookie, some banana nut muffins, and pumpkin and cinnamon bread for every plate ^.^ oh i love cinnamon. can your share your recipe for the cinnamon bread please?

This is the original recipe, I changed some stuff around.
3 cups flour 2 cups sugar 1 5.1-oz. package of instant vanilla pudding (This was originally 'Sour Milk', since that makes it a heavier bread, but this works just as well and quite a bit less disturbing) ½ tsp. baking soda 1½ tsp. baking powder ½ tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon (I add 2 tsp., it's cinnimon bread, after all ^.^) 1½ cups milk ¼ cup vegetable oil 3/4 cup applesauce (I only put in half a cup, and add 2 tsp. of butter instead. The butter makes it richer, and with less applesauce you can taste the cinnamon better ^.^) 2 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. vanilla (I only put in half a tsp., but our vanilla extract is from Mexico and is really strong)
Preheat oven to 325 F. Grease two 5x9-inch loaf pans with butter. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, pudding mix, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, stir together milk, vegetable oil, applesauce, eggs, and vanilla. Pour milk mixture into flour mixture, mixing until well blended. Divide batter (relatively) evenly between the two loaf pans. (I usually make this with those disposable tin pans, especially if they'refor other people ^.^) Bake at 325F for 60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Let cool in pans on wire rack.

Ok, I share ^.^ But only cuz it be deh holidays and is deh time for giving! ^.^
Original recipe: 1 1/2 cup of flour 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cupe brown sugar (packed) 1/4 cup of butter 1/4 cup of shortning 1/2 cup peanut butter 1 egg 3/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 375. Mix the ingrediants in a certain fashion that's all specific and SUPAH lame! Oo Roll into 1 inch balls, roll in sugar and place about 2 inches apart on cookie sheet press with a fork into a criss cross pattern, bake for 8-10 minutes
Kasha's MUCH BETTAH recipe: 1 cup of flour 1/2 cup granulate sugar 1/2 cup of brown sugar (packed) 1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup shortning 1/2 cup peanut butter 1 egg 3/4 tsp baking soda 12/ tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 375. Mix everything at the SAME time. Just collect the ingrediants as you find them, and dump them in there, and then mix. (this stroke of genius came from me makign this when I was 12 and never occured to me to mix the ingrediants seprate) Roll dough into 1 inch balls (might be hard, because they're squishier than the original recipe, but there's enough butterin there it shouldn't be too big a problem) and place about 2 inches from each other on the cookie sheet (I don't meaure, I just put a dozen to a sheet, but that's just me) Don't roll in sugar before you do! Now take a fork, dip IT in sugar, and press the criss cross pattern into the balls of dough (you usually have to dip the fork into sugar between every press, but tis' worth it) bake for about 7-9 minutes (keep and eye on it though. The time is shorter becasue there's less flour)
the less flour makes them taste morel ike peanut butter, and mixing everything at the same time makes them crumbles and dissolve in your mouth. *drool* so yummylicious
