Ily nearly cries then. She doesn't want to cause Kel any more pain. She doesn't want to tell him the rest. Can't bring herself to do it. She just can't. She knows it must be hard enough for him as it is. It must all hurt so much. So she remains silent.

Kel holds her gently, kissing her one more time, before pulling back slightly, whiping away a small tear that had managed to fall down her face. He sets aside everything, thinking only abou thaving her now. He pulls her closer to him, leaning back in the chair, holding her gently, and stroking her hair.

Ily lays against him. Her heart feels like it's breaking. How could she possibly tell him about the child? She can't. It's that simple. It would hurt them both too much. She'll shoulder the pain on her own. She refuses to cause him any more than is necessary.

Kel can feel it. He looks up at Ily, saying not a word. There is no pian in him, nor hatred, or anger. he knows where it came from, but he also knows why. she did what she did for her love of him. He continues to stroke her hair. He gently holds her to him, closing his eyes.

Ily lets her eyes drift closed. She's always soothed when he strokes her hair like this. It makes her a bit sleepy. A small yawn escapes her as she relaxes against Kel in his hold. All thoughts of guilt being chased away.

Kel smiles a bit, feeling her finally relax. Finally he could relax as well. He sits there, wide awake though, knowing that he wont sleep for a while. He continues to stroke her hair, knowing she had a rough journey.

Ily yawns again. All thoughts evade her now. She was a bit tired from her journey. Kel stroking her hair is putting her right to sleep. He must realize it. Her breathing slowly begins to even out as she starts to drift off.

Kel smiles a bit softer now, his mind starting to drift off. He can feel Ilyrana doing the same, drifting off into sleep. He stays awake, till she falss completelly asleep, and then he himself is asleep, holding his love.

Ily jerks awake quite some time later. She doesn't reember where she is. She feels someone below her. Ebony skin. She jerks away, eyes wide. Her whole body trembles as she lands on her backside on the floor.

Kel sits up straight at the sudden movement, and the loud thump as she falls to the ground. "Ily!" he look down to her his eyes full of compasion, and worry. He doesnt move, senseing her reason for her scared feeling. "Ily, its me, Kelfein." he whispers the words, trying to calm her.

Ily trembles more, everything coming back to her now. "Kel..." Her voice is shaky as she stares up at him with tears filling her crystalline blue eyes. "I was confused... I..."

Kel drops to his knees next to her, pulling her close to him, hushing her. "Its alright my love, i understand, dont worry about it." he spoke gently, His red eyes closing. He wipes away some of her tears, slowly rocking back and forth.

Ily is quick to calm in Kel's hold. This is where she belongs. This is the man she loves. She relaxes against him, nuzzling into him slightly. "I'm sorry. I must have woke you. You can go back to sleep if you like."

Kel smiles. "No, i am fine thank you love. I had enough rest." he smiles at her touch, her warm skin against his own. He gently kisses the top of her head, then looks to the fire, mumbling a small word, as it light up in flames easily.

Ily hides her face against Kel. The sudden light hurts her eyes. She slowly looks back at the fire, letting her eyes adjust to the light slowly before looking straight at it. She knows it will take time to get used to such things again. "Are you sure?"
