gothic_sweetheart The cutest thing would be an accidential kiss or they fall on top of eachother or something. I guess it could be Ichigo. maybe...just MAYBE he may relize how important she is to him when she's in really big danger. What the hell have you been smoking?Ofcourse it's not going to be that clueless strawberry,he wouldn't notice if someone went up to him and proclaimed their undieing love for him!

well, i think that Ichigo might make the first move. he would probably confess after all the Arrancar nonsense is over and just accidentally blurt it out. oh, imagine how much blushing there would be blaugh

Hisokani [SPOILER WARNING] (for people who arent up-to-date with the ANIME or Manga)
Ichigo will make the first move.. and my theory why he will;
It's sad but Ichigo isnt very preceptive. I'm pretty sure almost all of the Bleach characters know of Orihime's feelings for Ichigo. He has feelings for her, that's obvious (even if some people dont want to admit that). However it's possible it'll be an accident, just as it's possible that one of their friends will put them in a situation with each other and both will make the first move.
Orihime confessed even though he doesnt know it, though he knows she was there before she left for HM and that she healed his injuries (so he could go rescue her right away like his does) which was a direct violation of her orders from Ulquiorra. So the ball is really in Ichigo's court.
Then when Ichigo finally is reunited with Orihime (much thanks to Grimmy) he IMO makes the first move. Not a complete move mind you but it was a good first try. He'll try at it again I hope.
i second that. kurosaki-kun will makd the first move. it WAS a good try, by insulting her!? lol but a sweet gesture, nonetheless. maybe that was his way of hugging her.. by having her on his shoulder near her butt!? haha jk. it's definitely Ichigo's turn. *drooling with anticipation*

they'll bump into eachother and ichigo will accidentaly end up having his had somewhere it shoulent be, then they both blush and ichigo jerks his hand away, pannics and appologizes, tatsukine will probably be watching and ichigo gets the crap beaten out of him by tatsukine. xd xd xd xd

I don't think Tatsuki would beat hom up if he ends up with Orihime. I think she'll just tell him to take care of Inoue, or ELSE. lol.

or maybe some sort of Matsumoto, Rukia, Renji and the others would plan something like spill-out-who-you-like and then the two will probably in panic...or some sort...and then they'll see who will spill-who-you-like between the two... sweatdrop
but ichigo is not like PANIC!! in that kind of situation...
he'll paobably say that "I'M NOT GOING TO PLAY WITH YOUR JOKES!" scream
that's ichigo...
and orihime is a shy type of girl...
so maybe we'll see...it's up to KT... rolleyes

Maybe they won't even show a confessing scene. Maybe he'll do what Akira Toriyama(Creater of DragonballZ) did. Skiped liek 10 years, and Gohan and Videl were shown married. There wasn't even an episode with them two dating. rolleyes

i think ichigo is going to a big fight and he says to orhime "i love u" and kisses her while everyone watches and then left and she says i love u too
OR
ichigo get hurt and orihime fights for him and he says i Love u
or
ichigo and grimjaw are fighting again and he attacks orihime and ichigo blocks it and grimjaw asks him why project that girl and he yells "BECAUSE I LOVE HER!!!!!" AND SHE KISSES HIM
