Ulfheonar leaned back and watched as Reeve gave in to the inevitable of Reno's request. Not wanting to antagonize and lower the camera count, she simply smiled politely and watched as the head of Urban Development grumbled at the number of cameras asked for.

"Thanks, Reeve," Reno told the much put-upon head of Urban Development. "Oof." He nudged Ulfheonar. "Couldja help me deal with these?" The cameras weren't large, but there were a lot of them.
"To the garage, yo. There's no way I'm takin' the train at this hour. It'll be sunup before we're done if we gotta wait on that bucket of bolts." Reno made his escape fast before the aforementioned much put-upon head of Urban Development threw something at him for maligning his train.
As they were loading one of the Turk-issue big black sedans, another big black sedan pulled in. "Hey, boss-man."

"Reno, Ulfheonar," Tseng nodded at the both of them. "Hungry?" He took a large bag of leftovers out of the trunk, handing it over to Ulfheonar, who looked a little less overloaded with cameras.
"Try not to stay out too late. I'll see you in the morning." He vanished into the building, leaving the two of them to their mission.
...
It was two hours later when he'd finally finished designing the last details of the morning's test. Tseng dragged himself up to his apartment in the Shin-Ra building for a few hours' sleep.

Ulfheonar helped grab the cameras, quickly following Reno as they ducked out of the office headquarters. "Righto, then."
Straitening up as Tseng came out of the sedan, she grinned at the smell of food. "You know I never say no to free food." She grabbed the bag and juggled the cameras and food before depositing the rest of the cameras into their own sedan.

"Mm, smells good." Reno deposited the remainder of the cameras and took a peek inside one of the boxes. "Heey, meat rolls." He grabbed a couple before sliding in behind the wheel of the sedan.
"You ready? Let's do this thing so we can go home."

"Lets finish this then," Ulfheonar nodded, grabbing a few more of the leftovers before getting into the sedan. "Tomorrow comes sooner rather than later."
........
Within the next hour, they had the cameras set up and ready at key locations. With the projects current step done, next was waiting for the next step.
Heading off to her own quarters, Ulfheonar bid night to Reno, looking forward to the next day. It was going to be a good one.

"G'night, Ulfie." Reno slipped into his own apartment with a yawn. The place was a disaster. I'll clean some of this in the mo -- ah, hell, never mind. Truth be told, this was the first time in a while he was spending something like a full night here.
He checked the alarm. 6:30. Plenty of time for him to hit the snooze button once or twice, get some coffee, and head downstairs. He fell over onto his bed with an unceremonious thud, and was asleep in a matter of seconds.
(OOC: Feel free to advance to the next morning. Roone is AFK at GenCon, so we can get started with the test when he gets back.)

It took Vachiron a minute to realize his alarm was going off. Then another minute of staring at the digital display to grasp that his alarm was what woke him up and not his phone. When was the last time his alarm woke him up?
He got out of bed then hit buttons until the alarm turned off. It was dark still but Vachiron moved about his apartment easily. He took the time to fully brush out all of his hair and take a hot shower before even trying to find his glasses. And his phone had yet to go off. Miracles do happen.
He made breakfast just before he left and entered the office toting several fabulous smelling containers at 7:00.

Turning off her second alarm, Ulfheonar literally rolled out of bed, careful not to land on her knifes while falling off. "Oof."
Scrounging in her kitchen unit, she pulled out some instant waffles and munched as she set about getting ready for the day. Digging through her bathroom, she paused as she considered her hair in the mirror. Yes, it was a definitely a half green day. Grabbing a bottle of dye, she hopped in the shower and worked the lower half of her white hair with a fading into green.
Satisfied, she tied up her hair and with everything else ready to go, she grabbed her phone, another set of cooked waffles this time, and shut her door.
It was going to be a fun day alright.

Karl was up early the next morning, and after the basics he was looking over the outfit that he'd acquired shortly after hearing about the transfer. Standing before the mirror in his room, he held the pieces in front of his body, looking over them curiously.
"Well, this is the first step. I don't remember the last time I looked like this. Still, this is just the first obstacle towards being recognized as a Turk."
Finally as satisfied as he was going to be, he checked the outfit over for places to conceal his new toy. He'd had to do a good bit of begging and scraping at the Weapons Department, but he was finally able to convince them to provide and modify the weapon he'd asked for.
Stepping over to the door, he opened it up into the morning light of Midgar. As usual, there was already a slow buzz in the city, as many Shinra employees were off to their jobs. He was no exception.
"All right, let's go. This is the first day of your new life."

Tseng woke five minutes before his alarm went off. It wasn't all that rare for him to catch a sunrise over Midgar, but it also wasn't often that he got to do it from the balcony of his apartment. From up here, the city looked peaceful, almost serene, as if the grittiness of the streets were just the telltale signs of aging.
He took his breakfast tea and a couple of pastries out on the balcony, savoring the few minutes of the morning light. He left the screen door open while he washed the dishes, letting the cool air filter into the room.
Half an hour later, he was showered, dressed, armed, and back to business. He arrived at the training room before the rest of the crew, and began to review the simulation he'd planned the previous evening.

6:30 came, and 6:30 went. Reno eyed the alarm with one half-open eye, debated hitting the snooze button, then remembered what the event of the day was to be. Secretly, he loved it when a new Turk went through the entrance exam -- matching wits against his mates was fun, and way more of a challenge than the standard ShinRa enemies. And he rarely got to do it ... well, at least, not with so few rules.
He shot out of bed, scooped up the remains of far too many uniforms, dumped them in the laundry, and poked into his closet. Whew, he wasn't quite out of them yet. He palmed the shower on to full-blast hot, knowing it would take five minutes before the hot water actually made it up from the boiler room, then dug into the fridge for the remains of the leftovers from the previous evening. He wolfed them down.
...
It takes time to make this bad look this good, he winked at the mirror in satisfaction, deliberately pulling out his shirt tails and loosening his tie. He grabbed the mag-rod and raced out the door, hair still damp from the shower. Not content to wait for the elevator, he shot down the stairs, taking them three at a time.

Vachiron quickly put in a specific start up sequence for his computer that would run a system diagnostic before getting to the log in screen and restocked his not-so-secret candy stash that had more then one IOU in it. Then began making his way towards the training room.
"Good morning Ulfie, the green is a nice touch." He said rather cheerfully as he caught up to the dagger wielding Turk and opened one of the containers he had brought. "Care for a sausage roll?"

Making sure to get her coffee, after all- mornings were unbearable without it, Ulfheonar sipped it happily as she walked to the training room.
She perked up as Vachiron caught up to her. "Morning V! It was a green day today. And don't mind if I do, thanks!" She grabbed a roll and munched. "Oh, this reminds me. I found a new recipe for fudge, would you like some when its done?"
Opening the door she walked in and nodded to Tseng. "Morning, sir." She chirped.

"Yes, Please!" Vachiron was always up for good fudge.
"Good morning, Sir." He offered the Commander a sausage roll before setting the container out for everyone.
