foot slipped, really. But the U-joint was already on it's way out, so it was just a matter of time.

But the flange got a piece broken off because one of the U-bolts bent, and took off a piece. I don't know how it happened, but I do know the pervious owner beat on the truck pretty badly, so it MAY (Prolly not) not be my fault.

Besides, I have a hard enough time getting my GF to ride with me as the truck is, let alone if it felt like driving an empty dump-truck at the same time.

Anyway, I've learned that Rhinolinging and Line-X are awsome sound deadeners, so I'm only going to put carpet in the very front (Under the seats and dash) and Line-X the entire rear area from the carpet back. That includes the fenders and possibly the sides, definatly the tailgate.
