"Well put," Kreen says. The Fae then takes a bite of his fruit, responding to the newcomer's question without missing a beat.
"I end people," he says clearly and simply, as if it were the most normal thing in the world to go around killing warlords for your job.

"Come on Artes," Rath sat up again. "There has to be something you enjoy!" He got silence as soon as her heard Kreen's answer. He got slightly worried if they were going to Myops..."Er. For fun?"

Rath nodded, slightly understanding. "Well! No emenies to make here!" He smiled a psychotic smile, then guffawed another psychotic laugh. But only to annoy Kreen further. He took a plum from the table and, after rubbing on his coat, took a chunk out of the purple fruit.

"Well... I do enjoy nature and reading. I've always enjoyed learning too. I've never had a talent for music, but I do love to listen to it. Oh! And I like to look at art... and watch plays, as long as they are well written." He blushed, feeling somewhat abnormal.

Kreen groans inwardly, studiously keeping his masked face expressionless. This is going to be a looong day. He slowly rises from his seat on the bed, walking across the room and taking another fruit along with him. "Your goading will get you nowhere, you recognize."

Rath nodded. "Thats cool. I like to hike. Adventures were always fun when I was a kid." When Kreen walked over, Rath nodded, with a faux-serious expression on his face. "Understood!" He called, then when Kreen turned, he snickered at Artes.

Zeal walked out of the main lair with something of a wry smile on his face. Valden is still sleeping... He is like a mother sometimes. It can be tedius but... I do need to eat. He walked calmly along the ledge to the entrance of the passage that led to the dormatory chamber. He extended his will and a faint tendril down that passage and carefully removed several fruits and a bunch of grapes which he then moved back to his own position. This will last me for awhile. Valden isn't awake yet so I can let them eat for awhile longer. He took a bite of a peach and smiled. His eyes swept over the slowly brightening sky as the Silver Sea flashed.
((I'll be posting with Valden a little later. I didn't mean to kill your character interaction... sweatdrop That was good! The posts were a bit shorter than I would prefer but they were acceptable and the interaction was fast.))

((I agree, the posts were a bit short, but there's only so much you can do while having an extended conversation between three characters. It doesn't take long for all the surroundings to be noted by someone or another.))
"Adventuring here could very easily get you killed, if yesterday's training exercise is any indication," Kreen says, pausing at the entrance and allowing the glowing blue tentacle-thing to pass and grab a fruit. "Ahh, unless I am mistaken, our host has now awakened." With that, the Dying Breath sweeps out of the room as if he were never there, appearing behind Zeal without a betraying noise.
"While I have often questioned my own sanity in the past, I do believe that the newest memeber of the team's goal in life is to drive every acquaintance of his absolutely batty." There is a long pause, then a snort, one of the first indications that he does, in fact, actually have emotions. "Clearly he has not previously encountered a disciplined mind. I have faced worse terrors. On a side note, how long are we going to stay in town this day?"

Artes hummed a cheery tune, rocking back and fourth on his heels. He had so much to do today. Cookbooks, spell books, weapons, ammo, skill books, clothes, comeforts, all manner of things. He sighed softly. "What a life I have started... It shall be so fun." He giggled lightheartedly, humming away at the morning.

"Hey! Mister Zeal is still alive!" Rath walked forward and stepped next to Zeal. "So where to? Whats up? Howd you sleep? Ooh, whispers! Whatcha talkin bout Kreeeeeennn?!" He yawned slightly and rubbed his face. Cant wait to head out! Im so energetic!! He started hopping around madly in circles.
((Wow, Ive so turned Rath gay...almost Rikku-like from FFX-2! hehe...))

Zeal wasn't terribly startled by Kreen's arrival. He was familiar with the fae's capabilities after all. He swallowed the bite of peach and smiled slightly.
"He is rather exuberant, isn't he." Zeal took another bite, chewing slowly before swallowing. "Disciplined minds are not all that common anywhere, much less among humans." He swept his eyes over the brightening sea. "I would assume that it would only take you a matter of minutes to retrieve your belongings, however, it could take a longer period of time for Rath to obtain the appropriate items. When you are both finished in the city I would suggest that you head to the hollow to wait. You remember the location I assume."
Zeal took another bite as Rath arrived beside him. He listened to what the human said... and blinked, swallowing the bite of peach and watching his antics. I liked him better exhausted and off balance. He smiled slightly.
"Remember the cliff, Rath." Zeal continued eating his peach.
Valden stirred, rousing slowly. Hmmmm... dawn eh. He rose to his claws and, with a slow glance toward the shimmering form of Mirage, walked out of the lair and through the tunnel. He moved steadily and stopped once he reached the ledge. It seems that Rath is what humans call a 'morning person'. Valden smirked slightly at Zeal's mental twitch and watched the dawn.
