Damian was very worried when he saw no one. "Oh dear, I've been gone so long she must've left. . . I wonder what happened to the old one?" he said after a brief looking around. He sighed and decided to go home. It was late in the day already and he wanted to be home when (if) those two from before stopped by. Turning around he headed back home.

When Damian stepped inside his house Edon was standing in the room where they had sat and talked earlier in the day pacing back and forth. She paused when she saw him. "You're alright! I thought after .... we have to hurry, something happened in the woods...I'm not sure what, but it was awful!"

Selaine left Bagara at the house. She had finally stirred, but was still recovering her strength and Selaine didn't want to push it. "So, has your...well, sister ever done anything like this before?"

Damian blinked a bit in surprise when he saw Edon. He went up to her and put a hand on her shoulder. "What's wrong? What happened?" he asked. He wasn't sure if he could take anymore excitement. He was still really drained even after sleeping and his meditation.

Selaine frowned thoughtfully. "Do you think she'll try something else?"

"I-I'm not sure," she said. "I was sitting there waiting for you and I heard this scream. Like what we heard before, but different." She chewed on her lower lip slightly in worry. "It...it sounded like the Pale Witch, but it wasn't good."

Alex sighed. "Honestly, I have no idea." he said since he wanted to tell her the truth. "But I won't let her harm you."

Edon shook her head no fervently. "She disappeared, said to make sure you came to her with the binding object, whatever that is, and then just vanished! But this was later, after that, and that scream, and I just ran, and..." Edon took a breath to try and calm herself and then looked Damian in the eyes squarely. "Please...please don't go in those woods, Damian. We just need to get as far away from here as we can. Please?"

Selaine squared her shoulders slightly at the thought of Athena trying to hurt her. "I'll give that wench something to consider if she tries," she grumbled, but then softened. "Maybe it won't come to that though. We can hope right?"

"This is very serious." Damian said. He sat down in one of his chairs and held his chin, his tail tapping the floor gently. "She is much wiser than I in the arts it would seem so i plan to do as she wishes. If she needed me to bring the bound object to her I will do that," he said before looking back at Edon. "The problem is, I don't have it. I found the spirit in a house and used a staff owned by one of the Leeks I met there. I assume she has it right now. I left them a note on where to find me. Hopefully they'll come here and bring the staff with them. When that happens I'll explain everything and ask to have the staff. Then I'll go back to where we met the witch and look for her."

Edon looked torn for a moment then sighed. "If we have to, but they should come with us, and yes I mean us. You are NOT leaving me behind again!" she said with a swish of her tail crossing her arms.

Selaine smiled a bit. "Well, better now than later I guess. At least this way I have a little warning!" She chuckled slightly then looked ahead at the little house they'd come up on. "Is that it?"

He looked at her before sighing. "Well. . . I suppose, as long as the other two come as well. The woman is a sorceress and the man seems quite strong. If anything bad happens we should be able to handle it. . . I just hope they do come." he said.
