(Alright, I think this night has gone long enough.)

The prompt to party lasted well into the night as the new residents of the Cloaked Dagger chatted and devoured the cup cakes. Soon they parted to their own rooms for a night's rest.

Trixie had disappeared amidst the party into the kitchen and didn't rejoin. No one was sure why and how she disappeared but it was to late to worry about such things.

The day is breaking now and the morning mist has cleared.

To some however the carnage that was left them to yearn for the night before.

Raven awoke in his room the next morning. He could hear the rain hitting his windowsill; that was what woke him up in the very first place, and he looked over at his clock and let out a deep sigh. To him it was still a bit early to be getting up, but in his bed he sat up and brushed some of his hair away from his face. ". . . Man. I need some coffee.", he said as he slowly got up out of his bed, he adjusted his boxer-briefs, put on the pair of pants he wore yesterday, and then fixed his hair a little bit. Raven popped a mint and purposefully forgot to put on a shirt. When he got downstairs, he hopped Trixie was awake at this time, he was hoping to get a moment with her.

Trixie had fallen asleep at the counter after her morning routine. The tables were wiped down, breakfast was ready to begin and everything else was ship shape. This nap was also part of routine its not very often anyone comes down this early.

She sat at the bar with her torso bending over the counter. Her arms acted as her pillow as her head was directed towards the door to the outside. This in case anyone was to enter she would be awaken and she would start the rest of the routine.

The footsteps coming down the steps were barely audible over the taping of the rain outside.

{{I don't remember where Lizzie was last, so... just go with it, please.}}

With a load groan and a rustle of blankets Lizzie woke up and blearily opened her eyes to greet the new day. Sitting up she shook her head as if to shake away her sleepiness, but only ended up with her hair falling messily into her face.

"Urgh, I need coffee."She groaned, using one hand to shove her hair back behind her ears and the other to push her warm covers off. Lizzie then hurried to pull on some clothes to ward off the chill she could already feel seeping into her skin. Tugging on her gloves, she was glad to see that they were dry, though everything else she had worn yesterday from her socks to her shirt to undergarments was still looking damp on the floor. 'Hm, I wonder of Trixie has a washer and dryer, or at least a line I can dry them on after washing by hand. I don't think there's a laundromat running anywhere near here...'

Sitting down on her bed to pull on her boots she paused as her stomach grumbled. 'Before I even check the shop and call up that lazy contractor I need to get some food and coffee though.'

A massive swirl of butter cream frosting was slowly inching its way across the room. Before Zoey knew it, she was cornered, and the frosting monster's cupcake minions had her surrounded. As the tiny cakes bounced her way, they made a faint metallic 'clink'. She cowered back into the corner and squealed just before the frosting glob came down on her like a tsunami when all of a sudden she heard her sister shout out a curse. The images faded to black as Zoey opened her eyes. "I think I had one too many cupcakes last night.." she said, rubbing her forehead as she shoved off the covers.
Abigail had been up first that morning, the rain against the window had awoken her somewhere around six in the morning and it wouldn't let her fall back asleep. While she waited for the building to become more active, the mechanic had decided to toy around with a few old pocket watches she had in her bags. One was missing a crucial spring, so she had decided to simply use it for parts. At the moment she was lightly hammering out a piece of metal and clipping some wire so she could make a steam punk broach out of the aforementioned parts. "Yeah, but at least the sugar coma let you get some sleep." She responded, chuckling. "Frosting monster again?" Her hammer banged a few last imperfections out of the backing before she moved on to attacking the pin.
Zoey took note of the hammer and realized that must have been the reason behind her clinking cupcakes. "Yeah.."
"What kind?"
"Chocolate butter cream"
"Anything else?"
"It had little unfrosted cupcake minions.."
"Wow, henchmen? It's really starting to branch out."
"You'd be surprised at how evil frosting can be."
"I would imagine so. I never would have guessed at cupcake minions."

The girls laughed a little then got dressed and decided to head down and see if there was anyone else up or if breakfast had started.

The twins eyes widened as they entered the hallway and saw the shirtless male elf ahead of them. Exchanging glances and light girlish giggles, they rushed by him down the stairs, blushing slightly.

Raven saw the girls rush on by him, he laughed to himself and shook his head.
Once he got downstairs, he could see Trixie asleep on the counter. He smiled, popped another mint in his mouth. Paused for a moment, waiting for it to dissolve a bit, then finally leaning up against the counter. Raven said softly to her, "Hey. . wake up. . ." He waited a moment for her to raise her head slightly before he sat down, folding bare his arms and rest his chin onto his arms, and then put on another smile.
Raven knew to keep his hands to himself, but in this matter he wasn't sure if that would be even possible. This cheerful hostess and barmaid seemed too irresistable to him. He kept his smile on as he stared at her.

Spencer was awake as well. At his house just finishing up his coffee. He had been awake for a while, and he thought about maybe taking the day off to hang out and show Raven around town.
Since he was already all dressed up, he was going to drop by his shoppe to get his money and go put in it the bank. Today, as wet and soggy as it was, seemed like a good day to drive around. Then maybe after dropping by the shoppe he'd stop by the Pub for a quick beer.

Trixie hummed sweetly as she woken from the soft words. To wake with such a warm feeling was gladly appreciated. Though she was use to her named being called by a hungry customer or of the wanting whines of the overweight panda, it had felt like a lifetime she coaxed from sleep so kindly.

In her sleepiness it took her moment to distinguish the figure. She knew it was Raven after she rubbed the sand from her eyes. Still laying on the counter as she was found, her arms also crossed as she sat on a bar stool, she smiled with a kind gratitude right back at the elf who sat next to her.

Sonya's words from before floated in Trixie's mind in regards to Raven's interests. She was about to say something when some hit her.

"God my sausages!" Trixie climbed then jumped from the counter and raced to her kitchen. What had hit her was the smell of them burning.

Raven almost fell off of the bar stool when Trixie got up. It startled him when she shot up and darted into the kitchen. Raven laughed to himself and tried to peek behind the door so he could watch her work.

"Sorry about that hun," Trixie opened the takeout window and looked over to Raven.

"Guess I owe you a free meal. If ya didn't come down I would have probably lost breakfast." She then went right back to work. As the sausages laid to cool off on a serving plate she started the coffee machine.

"Ya have a nice night?"

Abigail and Zoey had decided not to wake their host when they saw her asleep so had sat down at one of the tables and continued their discussion of each others' dreams. They were just starting to discuss an odd feeling their dreams shared when their previous distraction walked up to the counter. Instinctively, the girls watched not only to see how Trixie would respond, but for the obvious reason of having an attractive shirtless man in front of them. They whispered to each other a few things as Trixie woke back up, then burst out laughing as she sprung to her feet. "Smells like breakfast is ready." Abigail said with a smile as the woman came back from the kitchen.

Lizzie came down the stairs pulling her hair up into a messsy ponytail, walking a little faster at the smell of food wafting up the wooden steps.

"Hey Trixie is that food as ready as it smells, cause I'm starv--" It was only as she rounded the corner into the dining area that she saw a shirtless male elf watching Trixie cook through the takeout, one of the silliest smiles she had seen plastered to his face.'I'll... just wait until later. S'laren knows if that was Jonathan standing there I wouldn't thinking about cooking breakfast for other people.'

Looking about the room Lizzie noticed a couple of elven gals sitting at a table nearby. She walked over and gave them a cheerful, if still a bit sleepy, grin. "Mind if I sit here with you? I'd be plain mean to interrupt something like that." Lizzie kept her voice down to a soft murmur, jerking her thumb to indicate Trixie and the male elf. She thought he was here earlier, but didn't think she knew his name.

Raven smiled and shrugged, "How about dinner and soda, then see where that leads?" he could now smell coffee being made. This made him very happy. He loved Coffee.
Raven sat, adoringly looking at Trixie, but she didn't seem to notice his flirty gestures.

"Sounds like a plan hun." Trixie with her usual smile came out with a round of coffee for those already in the dining area.

To say that she was oblivious to Raven's gestures was not quite it. Sonya's advice was still planted somewhere in her mind but the rush of breakfast kept her from thinking. Lost in a sea of eggs and sausages, the barmaid didn't even notice that one of customers wasn't quite dressed. It was not until she finished the coffee run that his bare skin came to her attention. At that point she just went with her board smile back to her kitchen. There she was able to re-focus at the task at hand.

"Who wants a plate of sausages and eggs?"
She bellowed from the order window and waited for a reply.

"What is the use of a book..."

The smell of cooking sausage pervaded the room, sinking in to the comfortable furniture therein. The overstuffed chair by the bookshelves, themselves nearly spilling over with novels of all sorts; the large desk with a matching chair made from a warm-colored wood; the plush comforter on the bed, mussed by a night's sleep. The muss-er lying buried beneath said comforter.

Rose woke with the smell, pleasantly rising from slumber to the scent of a home-cooked meal. She stretched and got lazily out of bed; she loved sleeping in after a journey. A shower, tooth-brushing, and dressing later, Rose started down the stairs to the main area of the tavern, looking around at the people present as she descended those final steps.

As her foot touched down on the ground floor, the tall woman took an appreciative breath in.
"Something smells good," she called, just loud enough for the proprietor of this establishment to hear her from the kitchen.

"...without pictures or conversations?"

The twins took note of the other female and Zoey pulled out a chair for her. "Sure, the more the merrier." The smell of food was getting stronger now as breakfast was nearing completion. The girls at the table sat and discussed the flirtatious male at the counter and their hostess' reactions to him without drawing attention to themselves. Finally the food was ready and the twins pulled off a creepy twin moment by raising their hands and saying "I do~!" in perfect unison.
