T.S. Elliott = my hero. He wrote quite possibly the GREATEST poem EVER... "The Wasteland" It's an "epic poem". Uber long... so fricking AWESOME!!! You should look it up... just be sure to have a computer nearby for translating purposes. He uses different languages sometimes.

Yup, I just reread it. AMAZING. Still love it. And I love the use of the refrains. Happy, sad, loving, loyal story.

Yup... Poe is DAMN good... I love Poe. Yes, the Raven is good... but too commonly known... to many people's favorite... I like things that aren't so well known... no matter how good they are.

Which is why I love Masque of the Red Death, Fall of the House of Usher, and Metzengerstein so much. A good few heard of Red Death, less have heard of House of Usher, and even less have heard of Metzengerstein.

I happen to not give a rat's a** about whether or not it's other people's favorite. I love that piece, because it's sentimental for me....I haven't written much besides prose lately ^^' anywho...I like and respect your favorites, but I have my own reasons for chosing that particular one...so written anything today?

When things don't seem like everything's alright my walls start to crumble. The fortress of my mind desintegrates. Nothing remains but a mound of forgotten sand. An eye blinking produces a whirlwind that blows away the remains of my once mighty garrison. The citadel falls, paranoia has cut it down like the mighty oak of forests of old. The cold stone of walls forgotten. Days have passed, my mind has been left for dead on the battlefield of wits. I have been defeated. I have lost. I bow to you, the victor and bid this world adeiu.

Wow...I've read a lot of your poems, Dante, but haven't a chance for all of them yet. You are great, and I love the latest one. I don't see how any of my poetry can compete with the rest of you. Amazing...

*bows* Thank you much Rira. Most of my works are on page II I believe. I cannot remember. But anyways... nobody here thinks any of their work is any good, so I cannot ridicule you for your lack of confidence in your work. I myself do not believe mine is any good... but I've got my reasons for that. Anyway, it is nice to know that you enjoy reading my work.

I've also got part of a book I'm currently writing in the composition corner... it's nowhere near the quality of my poetry... but hey, can't win 'em all...

The spider creeps on the heels of death. Silently it glides from origin to destination. With fangs like sabres he slices open these old wounds. His venom poisons the blood, my sight dims. But it's alright... I'll wait to bleed. Petals of the blossom, leaves dried and dead. Cold of stone and the heat of the fire. The poison courses through my veins. Pain unimaginable burns like fire within the walls of my soul. Cracked and charred, I'll wait to bleed. Knife in my heart, needle in my eye. Bit it's okay... I'll wait and bleed.
