There are books that the musical was based off of, you may if you want a sequal. *shudders* be able to see if the origional authors have written one.

No, Gaston Leroux never wrote a sequel to Phantom, though many authors have tried. We get such tripe such as Phantom of Manhattan, Journey of the Mask, and Progeny. I have never really seen satisfactory phanliterature that produced a sequel of any merit.

... I wish I could remember the opera I saw... I can't remember what it's called though!
'Bout a guy who marries a japanese girl, leaves for three years then comes back... and for some reason, the girl kills herself. Girl: Soprano, Guy: Tenor. Don't remember much else other than the awesomeness of the music.
