I saw it yesterday

and all i have to say is that pixar has worked their magic again

it's not very often i can see a movie theater filled with so many different age groups and have every single person walk out of the theater with me smiling

I must agree I loved The Incredibles. In fact if all goes well I am going to see it again tonight. 3nodding Most excellent super hero comedy adventure.

Well I was bored and in need of stress relief last night so I went with some friends to see "National Treasure." It was actually a lot better than I thought it might be. All in all a fun action adventure like most everything Bruckheimer is doing these days (ie Pirates).

Oh yeah I almost forgot one of the best parts, the screening we saw had the teaser for "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" movie that comes out in May on it. It is sweet, you can see it online at yahoo movies too. 3nodding

Note: One of the coolest things about the trailer I almost missed, be sure to look at the upper left corner. wink

I'll definatley have to check that trailer out now. I was wondering about National Treasure, I figured it'd just be a fun movie.

Well I borrowed my friends Chronicles of Riddick Dir Cut last night. I gotta say that I am not a big Vin Diesel fan and really didn't have large expectations for the film, but wow it is cool. I enjoyed it a great deal. As far as violent sci fi action flicks go it rates quite high. wink

Well for some reason I have yet to understand I went and saw Spongebob. Um, yeah it was amusing but at times I found it quite boring. Though I certainly did enjoy some of the more adult humor.

Note, I am not a fan of the cartoon as I had never watched it before and my friend who liked the cartoon and convinced us to go seemed to enjoy it far more than I. wink

What can I say we were bored, and sat in the rear of the theater. Oh well, at least we went for ice cream after. sweatdrop

Ice cream is good, the other thing is not good.

It was kind of cool we had our own little pseudo balcony away from all the kiddies. Course, one of our group fell asleep and missed the middle of the film but it was nice to get out of the apartment and all. 3nodding

I probably would have fallen asleep as well... the balcony sounds cool though.

Well once again I find myself with a few things to say:

First off I saw the Bourne Supremacy for the second time last night, and I am still not sure whether I like it or not. It has some good points and some bad. Some sweet action scenes and character interaction though.

Secondly has anyone heard about this Ultimate Matrix Box Set? This thing sets a new standard for featurette junkies. All told the box contains 10 DVDs, 6 of which are pakced with bonus material including over 100 new feaurettes. whee Not sure if I will pick this up or not as the complete lack of plot in three and the obvious attempts to repeat the first movie while trying to be original in both sequels bother me.

Anyway that is my geeky rant and review of the day. wink

10 DVDs? Crap... first I've heard of it. I still actually haven't seen the third movie.
