STP sat there and pondered this for quite some time.
Finally, he said "I've got it! We head out into the streets and find them, then when they spot us we make a run for it. Naturally, they'll chase us. We lead them to some open area where they think they have us cornered, but in reality we bring up the curtains, so to speak, and catch them in the act."
