Michael became less tense, but his appearance did not revert to normal. It changed back on its own. Michael could already sense the presense of two demons within the camp. One male, and the other female. The female heald a full demonic essense, while the male held less, but more than Michael. "I can find them on my own." He stated, his eyes moving to the Halberd once again. Unwillingly the demonic enscription running from Michaels left eye faded, and his eye color shifted to blue. He was about to head to the camps, but stopped after the assumption that most of them would be asleep. He sighed, taking a seat in the grass by the fire. Not the bed he was hoping for, having just gotten out of hell. The male demon was near, and Michael turned his head in the direction of the voice.

The girl stared wide eyes up at him as she sat on the ground inching away. There wasn't anything particularly frightening about this man's appearance, but the fear in her was still present. She blinked, holding her balled up fists close to her chest, as if to protect herself somehow. At the sound of his voice, she looked back at him.
"I-I am the youngest," She stuttered meekly.

Michael's gaze turned to the girl overwhelmed by fear. "Was it because of him, that this girl was so fearful? If that was true, he thought it'd be best to make himself known as a nice individual. "And, what is your name, little one?" He asked, giving a smile. He smiled, which is something most would assume that he had forgotten how to do. But he made sure that this was one of the things he remembered.

Aika woke up and sighed heavily. As usual, her fellows had closed in and decided to snuggle against her in their sleep. This is why, she thought to herself, no one wants to sleep near these two. Wiggling carefully out of the embrace, Aika stepped over the large man and the many other snoring individuals to get out of the tent. As she stepped over the belongings of the other men of her unit, she noticed a familiar object. Her comb, sticking out of one of their bags. She frowned, displeased with the concept that one of them could have used it. She snatched it up quickly and tiptoed out. Looking up at the moon, she surmised she must have gotten at least a couple hours of sleep. She sighed lightly, crouching down by the bucket near the tent once again and used it in a futile attempt to clean off her comb of whatever whoever had used it had got on it. Finally she sighed, drying it off and using it to comb any new knots out of her hair. She finished quickly, running her fingers through her now silky smooth hair. She sighed, content, and glanced over in the direction of the central camp fire. She heard voices coming from the area. Frowning lightly she pocketed her comb and started to walk over to the campfire. As she approached, her eyes fell on each of the people around the fire, recognizing a few and not others.

Eric got up, yawning. He was hungry... He stood, walked out of the tent and looked around groggily. "There any soup left?" he muttered, asking no one in particular.

Zeek sat across from Idalia near the fire." Its alright im not going to hurt you.. know its frightening around here. Heck I'd be scared too if I saw a battle I didnt understand and was pulled into it. I am scared because I know there is something in me that is part of why my own father was killed. Im scared because I dont know what will become of me in the near future or my brother. So yes I do indeed know what it is like to be afraid. At the moment I am very afraid. Everything in my life has changed drastically and its about to change again. I dont know what to do and I dont think my brother is even worried about whats going to happen to him. So yes I am very very afraid."

The brunette stared up at Zeek with an attentive look on her face. The more he spoke to her, the more calm she became. Was it because the others within knew him and assured her he was safe to be around? Or was it purely his words that had made her feel better? Either way, she'd found herself become less tense. But, at the mention of his father's death, she found her emotions taking over again. This time, though, her golden eyes had begun filling up with tears, and she reached her hands up to brush them aside as they began to fall.
"M-My mommy and daddy were sad when I left. B-But... I was happy that I could," She paused for a moment as she began sniffling, and he breathing became slightly labored through her crying, "But... They just kept saying they wished it had been them. S-So..." Another pause, "So, I think your daddy would feel that way, too. That it was him to disappeared and not you or your brother," She said in finality. She looked up at him, still rubbing the tears from her eyes and huffing. The littlest thing triggered these different emotions from her.
"But, I have a new momma now! The momma inside of Idalia is a nice momma. Maybe she could be your momma, too!"
And just when she was ready to begin feeling completely safe, she caught the sound of the unfamiliar voice she had heard earlier. Her head whipped around and she stared up at him, her golden eyes wide with fear once more. She quickly scurried over toward Zeek, and she made her way behind in. She peeked over his shoulder, holding tightly onto his arm. She spotted the man from earlier who she'd seen with the "giant". She didn't know him, and though he seemed like he was attempting to be nice, she still was very afraid of him. After all, it had been a kind looking person who had taken her away from her family all those years ago.

Michael wasn't suprised. His presense had a demonic aura to it. And he knew that look she was giving him. It was the same look he had during his first moments in hell. So many similarities between the normal World, and Hell. He thought to himself, sighingas he looked back at the fire. He had tried, but, in due time he assumed they would come to know him as a non-hostile individual, at least, against those who are non-hostile against him. Nothing he could do to try and convince her now.

"I would like to speak to all of the fighters in this group, please. There is the strong scent of death in the area, and I believe it is the band of demons that killed those two boys' father." Zenouse said, standing up, his staff in hand.

Well, seems the new one can find his way around, Korugar chuckled as he thought, and watched Eric come out from the tent. "Ah, mornin'. Seems like we're about tah get movin'. There's stew left in the pot. It's cold, but," the giant smirked, "A lad of yer appetite won't mind that none." He chuckled, and heard Zen beckon all fighters. He hadn't heard him before, he'd been preoccupied with his little 'I'm bigger than you' contest with the new arrival. He began to trudge over to Zen, and upon hearing that the band of demon's may have come -back-, he rushed to Zen. His tone was aggressive, a very no-nonsense mood was upon him. "You'd best be damn sure, lad. Are ya sure it's them?" He finished, staring right into Zen's eyes. His mind was racing a mile a minute. Could they have come to capitalize on the sleeping soldiers? Or did they plan to interrupt old Oblem's funeral?
Whatever it was, it set Korugar's teeth on edge.

"Not entirely, but the smell of death is extremely strong, even taking into account the nearby body, and I can sense a very large dark aura nearby. The only thing I can think of to create such a large amount of the two are either a band of demons or a Darkness Elemental, but the camp is too bright for it to be an Elemental." Zeen said, his hand gripping tightly to his staff.

*Korugar pointed towards Michael, the new arrival. He'd just come straight from hell, surely he'd smell like death. Korugar felt as though he was just trying to find excuses, trying to justify it as less of a threat. But, the fact that the demons may come had a ring of ruth to it. They had no remorse, not a single grain of mercy in their bodies. Still, it was worth a shot. "That lad, over there. The new demon. Could it be him yer sensin'?" Korugar asked, slightly annoyed. He wanted to know the true threat, if there was one, and he wanted to know it -now-.

Michael looked up when Zenouse called upon the fighters. A demon attack already? He was thinking. It's a good thing he found these guys soon. Best to be in good numbers, than alone. Then, Korugar spoke of Michael being the scent Zenouse spoke of. Michael doubted that. Zenouse appeared to be harboring fear. Though he had came from Hell, where death is natural, and killed his way out of there, he didn't believe he harbored that much of a scent on him. And, he wasn't a full demon at that. He was more human. "It couldn't be me. I may have just came from Hell itself, and killed my way to get out. But actual demons have more of the scent than I do. My scent would be only close, at best."

Aika listened quietly, looking at the new arrivals, scanning them before stepping into the firelight, making herself known. "If its not him then should I go scout the area quickly?" she asked, thinking back to her bow sitting near the tent.

"I wish I could say yes, Korugar. True, he has the scent of death, but it is only faint." Zeen said, the inevitability of an attack obvious. "No, the only possible explanation is that a band of demons with a fresh kill on their hands is nearby, possibly planning to strike again. I am ablie to create a non-aggresion area, if that would be okay." He went to his satchel and pulled a book of spells out; it was black with red gems on it that seemed to form a screaming face, and had a dark red silk ribbon hanging out for a placeholder. "Shall I?" he asked, opening the book.
