Welcome to the RP Asylum, a fantastic place that allows your imagination to run wild. Where you can come to indulge in our many activities, ranging from RPing, fiction-writing, and much more. This guild was made for the purpose of giving a sanctuary for the semi-lit to literate of Gaia to escape the evils of illiteracy that plague the forums. We have a growing, active community that shares your interest in literate RPing, and is dedicated to the advancement of the craft.
If RPing isn't for you, not to worry! We have plenty of non-RP related things for you to do. We have forums to write in, forums to chat, and just about anything you would need.
We also have an Affiliate! If you are an active member on both this guild AND our affiliates, then you may have a special prize waiting for you!
TO JOIN:
To become a member of this ever-growing community, you need to send in a request form. This form must contain a valid explanation of why you want to join this guild. It can't be just, "I want to join because I like RPing and writing, and I think this guild will be perfect for me,"
No. That won't cut it. You need to add in the following information to the application form:
1: What is your RPing experience?
2: How active can you be? (Give me a number of posts per week. Doesn't have to be exact.)
3: Any other comments about this Guild.
Once you are accepted, then please read the Guild Rules. They aren't long and boring, trust me, and then you are free to do anything you wish in the guild(Well... within reason, obviously...)
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US:
1: A kind, friendly environment, that will treat you like an equeal regardless of sex, race, or creed.
2: A creative place that lets you make whatever RP you desire, provided it is within Gaia and guild rules.
3: Freedom to talk about any subject that is relevant, and to be allowed to speak your mind, whatever it may be.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
1: A certain level of decency. Threatening and otherwise negative behavior will not be tolorated.
2: Creative, imagined, and well thought out actions, whether they be RPs, stories, or conversations.
3: Activity. You were not admitted so you can post once or twice then dissapear for a month. If you join, make sure you are ready for a commitment to greatness.
We have Moderators(Including myself) who will be more than happy to assist you in any way possible. If you have any questions regarding the Guild, its contents, and anything else, do not hesitate to ask them.
