The world as we once knew is gone. The CDC created a virus that should've been curable, but as they released it into the bloodstream of Patient Zero, the virus mutated and spread beyond control. Despite the world finally coming together to stop this pandemic, there was nothing anyone could do.
The dead were stacked upon the other, billions dead from a oversight. The world was against each other now, and filled with hatred and grief.
Then the dead woke up. The dead could walk, groan, but above all else, attack. The dead came from mass graves killing all that stood in their way. Humans, animals, anything with protein; these new creatures, these Zombies, were going to destroy what little was left of the Human race.
Survivors of the Pandemic were forced to survive an even worse time. A time where loved ones rose from death to destroy.
There are so many stories now, floating through the decaying wind. Will yours be one of them?
