Have you ever been stuck in a role play where one or more members have made progress of said role play near impossible? Was that role play one you wanted to live on for a lot longer than it had?
If you can answer yes to either of these questions, then this is the guild for your role play. Here we take all semi-lit to fully-lit role plays that have been endangered by certain members, and places them into an environment where they can live out their lives without fear of role play murderers.
Of course, what sort of sanctuary would this be if we didn't have any rules, but we'll keep them short and to the point;

For role play owners;
1.) Send kichinia a PM asking for permission to post your role play in this guild. (When you ask, post a link to the role play that needs saving so that I -and possibly a small crew- can investigate the amount of need said role play is in.)
2.) Right after you send kichinia the PM, fill out an application form for the guild.
3.) Should your role play be deemed as needy, we will grant you a place in our guild, where all members (that you believe deserve to be in the role play) will also be invited to the guild.
4.) Once your role play has been housed here, any and all applications for new members (outside the guild <because the members here have already been approved by at least one role play owner> ) must go through both the owner of the role play, and kichinia (sent by the owner, not the applicant), and the applicant must provide samples of at least three other role plays. Please note that the only reason the application has to be sent to kichinia is so that she can double-check to make sure that the applicant is not a complete jerk, and that she will only disallow an applicant membership should she find the applicant too rude to for the guild. Kichinia will always ask the owners if they approve of a person or not before allowing the applicant into this sanctuary.
5.) Rules will be added as seen fit.
6.) If you see anyone in your own role play breaking any rules, whether it be yours, ours, or Gaia's. Send kichinia a message with their name, role play title, and page number. They will either receive a warning or a ban from the guild depending on the severity (or amount of) the broken rule.

For everybody;
1.> NO ONE LINERS! There is a reason why role plays have been moved, and that is one of them! If you preview your post, and it seems unreasonably short compared to everyone else's, fix it. No one wants a short poster to mess up their role play's life span (which scientists have proven is short enough as is*).
2.> Grammar. Grammar. GRAMMAR! No choppy sentences with bad punctuation, no punctuation, text talk spelling, etc. (unless it is a character's writing, and as such, has to be written that way, in which case, don't over-use this only exception).
3.> When talking out of character, be considerate to the other role players. Do not flame, torment, harass, or insult (or anything else that would get a person in a negative mood) any of the role players in out of character conversation! Breaking of this rule will not be tolerated, because no one likes to be put in a bad mood by an out of character conversation. (On a side note, if you think that a person's character would have faired better with another name, keep it to yourself! People name their characters as they name them for a reason! Kichinia has personally been on the wrong end of these conversations, and does not appreciate people insulting her naming skills!)
4.> Follow the rules set by the owners of the role play you are in. Simple, clean, and to the point! One would think that this is obvious, but, some people just can't read rules that well.

Make sure to read these rules before even considering joining. And, I will set up a rules forum so that all owners can post rules that they would like to see for the guild (which will be posted on the first post when they are official).
